They NEVER answer the phone!! There isn’t an option to just wait for the next associate as the recording tells you to go online, & then it’s a “goodbye”! Very frustrating!! This is the Bank of America on 12 Mile & Little Mack!! All the other branches actually answer the phone! This happens any hour of the day till they close!

DO NOT BANK AT BANK OF AMERICA! My husband's account was hacked several times so they locked the account and we have been fighting since November 2022 to get all of our money unlocked. DO NOT BANK HERE! UNTRUSTWORTHY BANK! THEY WILL LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Trash banking system. Too many locations closed down, lines to get through atms, absolute garbage of a system.

I now hate BOA .. I have been dealing with them over 15 yrs but these last 2 yrs have been horrible. when I call I get a zillion promps that go nowhere or does not understand and then get hung up on. it takes at least 20 mins to get a live person. BUT the main reason I am leaving them is I used my credit card and not debit card by mistake, I got my bill and called to pay off the cc but it would only allow me to make a minimum payment and when I finally got a live person there was a much to long process to pay it. I have complained many times. so NOW I am leaving..

I want to the Bank of America on 12 and Little Mack. I spoke to one of the bank advisor Lindsey, she will very helpful very advising if a good customer service. We talked for a good while about my finance situation and she will keep point on advice an option. Overall good customer service what recommend to come back to this branch in Bank of America.

I walked in the bank at 3:55pm. I was not paying attention as I walked in while i was gathering my checks. However as I started to approach the counter, I noticed the two tellers talking, then rudely the African American teller with braids just shouted we closed. No hello, or politeness to it. I looked up in shock, then as we were talking and I told her I don't have a card, she was typing on the computer and I then saw her remove her drawer. As she did that, she respond I can help you as my drawer is out, but she knew when I came in I was looking for the deposit slips. Instead of her saying I'm sorry or teyung to assist me, she was just so rude. I had no problem leaving as I did, but the service was poor and her attitude was just wrong. There were two other employees that I could see there both Caucasian. They did not say anything. The one behind the counter looked like she wanted to help me buy the African American woman was being so rude, that they just let it go. Please don't take it as a racist issue, as I'm African American also. I looked at this as a un professional , little to no customer service, and bullying situation of the bank employee. If the man in the front office was the manager he should have at least addressed her tone and unprofessionalism. I truly understand when it's time to go home, you want to go home, but it's a way of handling the situation when a customer slips through the cracks at closing times. They need to train her better.

Horrible customer service! I went there to make a new account because someone stole money out of my account so the froze the account. The bank manager told us we shouldn’t make a account and our money would be at risk. Then talked to corporate office again they told me to make a account again I told them what the bang manager said and the didn’t understand why she said that. The went there again to make the account they wouldn’t do it because they closed at 4 and I got there at 3:34, then tried to do it again couldn’t because they were understaffed. Finally was able to make another account over the phone with corporate. And made a complaint about this branch. People don’t want to do their jobs there. And were very rude.

Branch has been closed for a few weeks now. Today I went there at about 3pm and they had a sign on the door saying branch closed. Why though? Like this is crazy. It was two older women (80+) trying to go inside the branch and only to turn around and have to walk back to their car with canes and limping because the branch is closed. I pulled up and asked are they closed they said yes and expressed their frustration as did I. They asked where the next nearest one was, I informed them that one has been closed as well that’s why I was at this branch lol smh. Y’all really need to get it together y’all are BANK OF AMERICA!!!!

Only branch near me and now this one is closed too! Need to find another bank as they have closed all their banks in St Clair Shores. The only other one is In GP and the line is always long. And the hours are ridiculous. Closed at 4:00pm if your are working forget about getting in person service.
