Sam (female) is an excellent customer service representative. She suggested several fragrances and even dressed up the gift bag for the present I selected for my Mom's birthday. Sam is a credit your Roseville Michigan store.

Great customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable, I was asked after my gift card purchase if I would like cash back or leave the remaining balance on the card, not sure what other stores/companies offer that option but that was a first for me such a great idea!

Went to pick up some mist that my daughter ordered online. Very nice clean place, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The young lady took 5 minutes to get the order then I inquired about actually smelling the mist, the attendant walked me to the are were the mist was an sprayed a piece of paper with it and vs e it to me. She asked if there's was anything else she could help me with, I asked for another store location in the mall she was gracious enough to spread me on the right way and said goodbye. A Pleasurable experience. Definitely recommend this store and location. 5 stars to Bath and Body works for their products, pricing and DEFINITELY the staff.

Fast employees! The line to checkout was almost at the entrance but these ladies hustled! I was looking for travel size items for NYE party favor bags and didn't see much mini body spray or shower gel, just full sized bottles. I ended up getting hand sanitizer and more hand soap. You can never have enough of either!

Had a little issue with my online order, but Samantha was super helpful and did a great job sorting everything out. The store was extremely busy but the team seemed to be handling everything very well. Happy Holidays!
