429pm my daughter and I pulled in this store to buy one tire and they wanted to keep the car overnight for one tire... it was two people in the store. I saw no need to keep the car over night ..I felt they didn't want to service my daughter car... so I gave them the finger as I left and that's the truth I'm now at another Goodyear and they took good care of my daughter situation...don't go to this store they don't know how to take care of women who need help. ?

Never again will I be going here. Sadly I already knew this place was trash when I got my wheels back from storage in May with the center cap paint removed completely. I chose to simply not ask about it and bought a new one from ebay for 40 dollars. This time, a couple of weeks ago dropped car off at 8:30am with a flat tire. I had the new tire ordered days earlier so i got the call saying it was already at the store Saturday. I was told only one mechanic was working so I could only get the tire replaced that day, but could not have the alternator belt inspection. I was alright with that and was told to expect the tire done by early afternoon because there was already a line. It got to be about 2:30pm and now my family is getting slightly upset at me asking if they called yet. I had to keep telling them no, it's not ready. By 4pm nobody believed me. "What do you mean it's not ready, it was only one tire." I kept hearing that from family, so already this was a weird situation. 440pm I get called saying it's ready and everything seemed fine. Family was now in a hurry so I didn't get to check the wheel much at that time. So I drove it home with no problem, parked it and left for the night. I have multiple cars so it sat for a few days. By next Wednesday the tire looked like it had way less air than needed to drive. Turns out it now only had 6 psi and things just kept getting worse from there. I now had noticed the real damage done. A big scratch on the wheel and also the valve cap was now clearly different. Something odd happened here. Now for those who want to believe belle tire that's your decision and you may have never had problems with them and I'm happy for you. I have been going to multiple locations through the years, they have helped me a lot in the past. This time clearly something happend. Not too sure why one tire took the entire business day when it was already ordered in stock. Not sure why I now have a big scratch (zoom in on the picture posted) on the wheel they worked on. Not sure why the valve cap was changed to a different one. So instead of going back I took it to Arandas Tire (just found them, a much more credible business to know). Instantly, they knew it was sealed wrong. While submerged under water, air shot up from the tire and looked like a fish tank. What i had been told is that the old sealant was not removed before replacing and this caused it. Either way, I was told this was such a despicable error from a tire shop. So realistically, belle tire hires people who know just enough knowledge but don't have the years of true experience. I can't really explain it, but most of the employees are not mechanically smart with custom wheels. So maybe it's less of a gamble going here with stock wheels if that is all they know how to work with. Also pay attention to the employee turnover rate. Many people tend to treat this place as a stepping stone job just for an easy paycheck. You will not get real service quality compared to small shops that stayed local for decades. More than likely they have mishaps people do not notice but i did because this was supposed to be my girlfriends car before she passed away. I pay close attention to it and add new scratches to a tally at the end of each day. I was lucky that Arandas Tire was able to fix the mistakes without needing a new tire. This is just a small hurdle that I had to get past but I am better off without belle tire. Go here knowing that you might leave with new problems and cosmetic damages. Go here if you want to support people that do not enjoy their job. I will not be taking any chances. The only customers they care about are those who do not question the integrity of this business. I have to laugh at the response I got. As if I would ever go back. People who enjoy this place have A to B vehicles. They do not need to worry about the trust necessary to run an auto shop. Scratches or a dent would almost always go unnoticed to the common A to B driver. I can't imagine how many "recommendations&

Be aware. The techs will steal your SD cards. When I asked Doug the "So Called" manager to look into it, he blew me off and just stated his techs don't steal.I've already contacted Roseville Police. It's a cheap 34g SD card that is blank. The point is they stole from me. Roseville Belle Tire is a Micky Mouse operation. Period!

If I could give a -10 for this business I would happily do so! When my check tire light came on today I stopped there thinking they would be able to check tire pressure for me. I parked near the first bay and when I asked them to check my tire pressure they just pointed to the air machine in a different location. I went inside to explain why I stopped and the tech there also said I should use the air machine. I don't carry tire pressure gages and since the tires were purchased at another Belle Tire (luckily) I assumed they would be more helpful. Obviously Customer Service was not important to them!! I'm sorry to say I lost my temper and used foul language. For this I apologize, but if you're looking for a tire company with "Customer Service" THIS IS NOT THE STORE I WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Took my work truck there to have my brakes looked at, that another belle tire installed 6weeks earlier. The brakes were squeaky and grinding. There were grooves in the rotors and a lot of brake dust on the rims. They told me there was nothing wrong with them and refused to replace them! So I took it to a brake shop by my house, they told me I needed to replace my rotors and pads, that they were destroyed. The guy at belle tire told me that, that’s how new rotors look. I’ll never go to belle tire for anything again. I’ve been going to belle tire since I was 16 . I’m 42 now

I started coming here for tires when I was so disappointed with Discount Tire, after many, many years. They always are very friendly, helpful and professional and let me know why my front tires were wearing out so fast. They always seem to go above and beyond what is required and always seem to try hard to help me in whatever way they can. Now I take my car to them whenever possible to do other work. I prefer going to them over my normal mechanic. Give them a try. They haven't disappointed me so far. ??

I had an appointment to get windshield replaced. The "glass guy" was 40 minutes late showing up. Then 10 minutes later they let me know that they actually didn't have the correct replacement part. Wonderful customer service from Chris told me to come back tomorrow. When I called them out on this whole situation he shrugged his shoulders at me with a "not my problem" look on his face.As I was sitting in there waiting; eavesdropping over the phone calls, to every customer it was the same shpeil. "We are really short staffed...." We are so past the point of being able to blame poor customer service on covid staffing problems. Needless to say I will never go to a belle tire again.

I do love when you purchase tires here they do take care of your tires needs for sure. I went there with a driver front tire leak, turns out I had hadn't a nail in it so they repaired it along with rotation of my tires and high speed balance. Only thing was it took a little long waiting. Also the said they couldn't reset my computer on the tires to go to the dealership.

They don't close at 5pm on Saturdays, they close at 4:20pm. Because that's what time I entered their establishment and asked if they could check my tire (I bought them there) for a slow leak. They wouldn't do it because, in 40 whole minutes, they were going to close. The irony is that these are likely the same kind of oafs who whine that "nobody wants to work" when employers offering peanuts can't find workers. Been buying my tires there for years because my dad recommended it, but never again. They don't want to do their jobs, they just wanted to stand behind a counter in a building with no people in it for 40 minutes.
