This is an okay Best Buy. The company in general has fallen off since Amazon. They have discontinued many things and most things you can get cheaper elsewhere. Micro Center is a better choice but is quite a lot farther with usually longer waits in line.

A man went all over the store looking for what I wanted. He had a handheld device telling him he had 6 of them in the store. At last he went in the back, and came out with exactly what I needed. It was a real life saver too because I don't buy anything made in China, and this one was made in Philippines. Thank you best buy!!

We came to Best Buy looking for an affordable yet great quality smart tv. Our salesman KJ who is the best, showed us this TV which is considered a high quality off brand based on the exceptional features it has for the price point. We couldn't be happier. This TV is easy to use and has an incredible picture.

Employees were very unknowable about TV types between smart and non smart TVs. I needed non smart for my mother. Walmart had a remote to convert my visio smart TV to simple old school TV, just by having number pad. Employees at Best buy thought I was from out of this world for asking such a question. Sorry you lost my business for a while till you can train your employees to actually help someone. Very disappointed, Best buy use to be my go to place for technical help.

Manager was inexperienced. They broke my laptop even more. During them repairing it my Facebook got hacked... The bit locker will not remove from the laptop. They didnt charge me for the repairs but they still took 2 months because they broke it. Sent the laptop in Aug. Got it almost 10 days ago. Manager never called after I was told I would get a call. The staff acts like they can't help you if are for geek squad. They see you and keep it moving. It's about customer service. They refused to update my information. You need a repair, I would say go somewhere else but I don't know another place. If the premier in Best Buy place is this bad, just be careful.

Don't shop best buy. I spend thousands at their store, yet now I have a 70" lg nano cell less than a year old and I'm on my third geek squad repair appointment. They think it is okay to leave me with no tv for a week. I m a paying customer and they assume I must be paying for them to inconvenience me. Say bye to a good paying customer and you can count on it that total tech is getting canceled and never will they have my business again. May you go out of business for the poor treatment of customers who just want to have working electronics

Although I think there is generally good service at this store, I am writing a poor review for Best Buy Gratiot, because 1) I had a very unenthusiastic salesman (had to flag him down in the store and ask questions, while he showed little interest or knowledge about finding answers for me), and 2) I applied for and received the Best Buy VISA credit card, which has not allowed me to create an account online in order to even pay my bill. When attempting to log in and create my account, I was unable to do so - twice. I called the number listed for account inquiries and was connected to a rep in the Philippines, who told me she had to speak to her manager about the issue. After over 45 minutes on hold, I hung up the phone and called the customer service number back, only to be hung up on, as there is no one manning the service line at the moment, evidently. It is not this store's fault overall, but I want something to be done about this completely unacceptable service on Best Buy's part. How hard should it be to pay a bill online?

Purchased a Samsung tablet. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.Once we determine the right tablet for me.check out was fast and efficient.The only thing was minor - there were no screen protectors or cases for this particular Samsung tablet in stock and that's really not their fault as it was a recently released brand new tablet
