  People are blocking the drive thru ATM and just sitting there smoking. It’s pretty ridiculous. Can’t even pull up to use it. Have to use the one outside. Will be making a complaint with Citizens.

  Branch manager, Mr Aaron Laubach, is shady, and honestly quite surprised he’s still employed there.
