Food is changing the quality and quantity! You’re heading for self destruction. Be careful!

I was desperate for some country ribs. Went to Costco and there were none in the cold case. Asked an employee if there was any chance to get some - he immediately went in the meat department and made me two packages of country ribs. Outstanding service by Joe Primavera. Customer service is alive and well at the Roseville Costco.

It's employees that's been there 5-20 years and still don't know about CUSTOMER SERVICE! ONE OF THE WROST COSTCO EVER! When it comes to instant cart orders they are very rude also, they really need to get on they're staff about being rude to customers or they can just retire because they are stuck I. They're old ways, they need to adjust or just quit. Treating customers bad is terrible.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but reality is that it deserves only 4. There are occasional times where something I buy from the store doesn't meet expectations or some other small issue. Overall it is a great place but once in a while something happens that prevents it from getting 5 stars in my opinion.

I love Costco, but on more than one occasion the team members are not so friendly. You can do better Costco. Overall I need to shop here for particular items. Team Member at self check out today was rude and acted like I had mind reading abilities. Put guns out like Sam's club so we can scan our own items. You shouldn't have self scan, if you don't trust members. You say it's for interaction, but I don't believe that. Her interaction sucked.

This location is awesome! I usually frequent the Hall rd location but holy Toledo the amount of traffic at that one. Everything I came for was in stock, which was a blessing! I really liked the store layout. Left with $234 worth of stuff lol. Parking was a breeze!!! I didn't have to walk 1/2 a mile to the front.

This is our homebase Costco, as well as being our essential resource for a traveling man like my Husband. We are very thankful that the samples have returned! Thank you to the service team who is partnered with Costco. Our home is well stocked for a good two weeks of 100% home made meals and snacks. I have never had an issue in quality in any products specifically Kirkland brand. The highway exit we usually take is under construction, so be wary of that issue. It is busy at any time so I encourage patience and kindness to all.

I'm not a fan of this location. A lot of the workers are rude, -not all of them, but enough to make me not want to shop here. Today I bought a large container of pasta salad that expires tomorrow, that's all they had. The regular cases of bottled water have now been substituted by a container of 80 tiny little bottles at more than double the price. If you're looking for the box of vegetarian sausage patties that every other Costco carries, forget it, they don't have any. And forget about asking any of the workers, you're interrupting their busy shift. And never mind the chit-chat people at the exit who hold the line while chatting with each customer with no regards to people waiting. I have a better experience at Walmart than at this store. I live equidistant to another Costco, done with this one, not for me.

Member since 3/2016 and today I was made to give them all my personal information "for my protection". Listen, if you are going to lie directly to someone's face when the only people you are benefiting are the people who will be telemarketing and spamming my email tomorrow you can come up w better than that. Half the cashiers are nice and kind, the rest are full of stink eye and excuses to give you are hard time.

This is the only Costco I have ever shopped at so I cannot speak to other stores. But I love the premade meals that this Costco has to offer. My boyfriend and I are very busy and don't always have time to cook and even before the pandemic going out was a special treat for us. The pre-made meals ALMOST taste like homemade. So thank you, who ever packages these meals. We really enjoy them. Plus when we buy a few they freeze really well!

Extremely disappointed after receiving an email about all these amazing specials that were for "this weekend only". I came to the store on the first day of the sale, and all of the things that I wanted to purchase were already gone! I could not make it until 5PM, but given the fact that it was the first day of a 3-day event, there should have been plenty left. All of the employees acted as though they had no idea what I was referring to when I mentioned this ad. The paper towels in the photo were not available. When I asked an employee about them, I was told that they were on the floor yesterday, but he hadn't saw them at all today. Almost as if they were taken off the floor for the sale. It seems to me that they sent this ad to bring in traffic, even though they are not available. When I asked another employee where I could find the spinach and cheese cannelloni that was listed at $3 off, she pointed me in the direction of an empty refrigerator. I spend a lot of money in Costco, and this incident has me seriously considering canceling my membership and trying Sams Club or BJs instead. It is really rude to post an ad for things that are not available. If it was truly sold out already, there should have been a limit on the items, that way customers that have to work during the day can still get a chance as well!

This is a pretty decent store but you can't share a cart and if you do you have to use your own cart or carry your stuff also avoid the self checkout if you do this cause it's apparently a rule. Costco should have smaller carts for people that are buying just a few things in order to avoid people sharing carts or doing two separate orders.
