The lady with the Prada hat & short haircut is amazing. She went over and beyond to help me I told her how much that a certain hat meant to me she helped me find it. I felt appreciated, understood, and so much gratitude. It’s hard to come across this kind of service anymore. I love her🩷. Blessings to her.

Try to return a Jersey somebody bought me a large and I wanted an extra large and they gave me a hard time don't ever go to the store very terrible customer service bunch of rip rap in Roseville that's what happens when you got School of choice

3 times we have come here now for equipment, and 3 times we have been very let down.
1) Kayaks, they had the wrong tags on them, and it took 15 minutes to be helped at the start.
2) pinching bag, it took 30 minutes to get help
3) jump ropes that were not labeled, and the ones that were, were on the wrong racks. They sent ME to the back to go get another one hoping it was the right one. And offered no help. And then i waited in line again to check out. The cashier should have called for someone to locate the right one, and bring it up to us. Thats proper customer service. This place lacks.

Becoming very aggitated with this place I am a very loyal customer and I spend anywhere from $100-$500 a week here every week FAITHFULLY and I was just in there trying to buy a couple pairs of shorts and I had a employee from every direction hawking me down staring me down making me feel uncomfortable af from every I hope this is fixed or I will no longer shop here I’m sorry but this is very disrespectful

By far the best athletic store around was helped by a young lady by the name of Deanna she overheard my daughter and I discussing size and she stepped in to assist us greatly appreciated it! And then I was in another section shopping which she also took time to help me with my selection on size and color oh how I love good and reliable customer service and support I wouldn’t be surprised if I come back and she’s a manager! Everything is always so organized and put together at this location, just makes it so much easier especially when shopping for teenagers who all have activities that involve sports.
