I went in to ask a question the morning of 12/13 and the lady at the counter was very rude about it.
Went in a week later 12/20 and the same lady was there and again she was rude, BUMPED INTO ME and then acted like I was the problem. She really needs an attitude adjustment because there was no reason to misgender me over something that small like running into someone. If I could give zero stars I could.

The cashier was rude when called out on a mistake…we grabbed 2 cases of Sunkist- the sign directly under stated 2 for $11…she up and left the register to prove us wrong with a line of people waiting. When my wife pointed out the sign she still wouldn't honor it and threw the pop on the floor with an attitude. Terrible manors. I thanked the cashier anyway and said I appreciate it but she looked like she wanted to take my head off.🫢

I’m going to be honest. I like the store. But today I spent a lot of money. And for some reason the register was not printing out the receipts The cashier apologized but I felt that there is some thing wrong with the system

I have to be honest this is the dollar general that I shop at. But yesterday I was in the store and a theft happened while in the store. As a customer I did not feel safe. They called police. No security guard is scary for me and the staff.

Nothing was marked everything was out of order so when you pick up one thing assuming that the sign underneath it is referring to where that item is then you get up there and they can not assist you! first time and only time going to Dollar General.

I was hired here actually and worked all of two days. The people there were friendly .. it was only 3 that I met.. unfortunately the store is ran by younger people and they aren’t the most productive people.. I was hired at 13.50 to be a lead sales associate. At this wage they want you to run the register , stock the shelves and handle other store issues as you are essentially a manager they explained it to me and you are over the other sales associates.. so you’re in charge of their voids as well as opening and closing the store. Handling vendors and everything else..the condition of the store was incredibly unsafe. Things are everywhere there was no sense of urgency when customers came and although they are friendly they do not have a clue on how to run the store. Stock was EVERYWHERE no actual way to get into multiple aisles and I asked the store manager if she would throw stock and she said she just leaves it for the other shift. As a manager you want YOUR store to look good. Unfortunately she didn’t care. On my 2nd and last day there was a foul odor that the customers were complaining about and I brought it up to the assistant manager she pawned it off to someone else. She trained me on register and as soon as I started ringing on the register she left and said she was going on break. She was gone for gone for over an hour. I had to go retrieve her because a customer had an issue that I wasn’t familiar with as it was my first day on the register and she was in the back room on FaceTime with the store manager watching me??♀️. So the back room has a security camera monitor that views all the angles in the store and they had the screen that was recording the register up and she was on FT with the store manager watching me ring the customers up from the security cameras..so obviously I made it my last day. That store has a lot of potential unfortunately you have the wrong people in there. I definitely believe that if you get some people in there who want to work that store could really turn around and do some serious numbers.

First time back to this store in 6 months and I will say it looks completely different and fresh, nice and cleaner, no tower of boxes by the entrance anymore, able to walk and move my cart around to actually shop and the new manager is very polite. I can say I’m loving the new attitude and energyThe new manager of the store got this place rockin’

It says they close at 10 but they were locked at 930. Gas and time wasted once again! You need to update your hours to the correct hours or stop closing early!

Cleaner than most definitely, and very well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff service seems to know about the products they sale. Always a plus for me.

This location is never open during its posted business hours. Both website and door say they open at 8am, yet the doors are NEVER open at 8am. I try to stop on my way to work many times and it's either completely dark and no cars in the lot or lights are on but the doors are locked. There are always boxes, and stock in the aisles so you can't walk. I've even cut my shin bumping into a box just to get toothpaste. One of the workers is always on her cell phone even when ringing you up.
