Sort of run down, only one lane working. The cashier wasn't too nice to the people in front of me, also no thank you for shopping here. Also she wouldn't let me take the shopping cart outside and I could have used it due to my shoulder. Thankfully a customer behind me helped me out. This store needs self-check out lanes.

I’m not usually someone to leave a bad review on a company/organization. However, this situation rub me the wrong way. I went to this dollar tree today, the store in Roseville this afternoon just for a couple things. As I was in line I could hear the cashier telling customer “hi how are you today?” and “thank you, have a great holiday”. However, when it came to me I get told nothing not even a simple “hi” or “happy holiday” just a weird look/stare. After I paid for my items the cashier immediately said “hi how are you” to person behind me. One of my friend that I was with that usually comes to the dollar tree pretty often notified me that this is one of the district manager. Which makes this situation a little worst that even a district manager, someone with a higher leadership responsibility lacks in costumer service. I would hope that even district manager have proper training in customer service. ❤️

I need to just go there to buy candy for the show.I wouldn't buy any pop in that place, though.Because you're past always terrible.Except for the ones in the cooler, but normally I just go there for the sometimes to buy stuff to resell online to try to flip.It's a good place to get cheap stuff there too

I have shopped here for years and always loved having it close to home, so I don't have to travel far, however, after Kroger left the plaza, and a plasma donation center opened up right next door to this dollar tree. Sometimes it attracts some people, for the wrong reasons. I wish dollar tree would clean the place up so it didn't look so run down. Simple things like sweeping outside, cleaning the doors and the carpets coming into the store would make a big difference. But if anything, please, pay closer attention to the heightened amount of "abnormal" behavior from some 'customers', and how it might make other customers, feel uncomfortable to continue shopping there. Ive never had a bad experience here with any staff, they are always helpful and friendly. Make no mistake , I've shopped here for 15 years, I love this location, and I would hate for it to be another empty building in that plaza. I mean no bad intent in saying this.

For a little over 3 years I have been going to this Dollar Tree on 9 Mile Road near I-94 & only twice have I had a "not so pleasant" experience. So I continue to go there because the good, clearly, outweighs the bad! The staff are very helpful and nice, friendly people! I enjoy shopping here! If the East 8 Mile Road store off of Old 8 Mile Road had the kind of items that this location has, I would probably go there because it's closer to where I live. (4 minutes).

Come here all the time but my recent experience had terrible customer service. The one shorter female was completely rude to me and others in line and acted totally unprofessional, it seems like she may be new. I don’t know if this young girl was having a bad day or it’s just how she is towards customers.I’m completely shocked, I will never come back here again after how I was treated!
