I have had the same optometrist for years but I moved and it's an hour away now. As it would have it, the screw came out of my glasses and I needed it reassembled. So I looked locally and went to here. Repaired at n/c in 5 minutes! So I asked a few questions about my insurance coverage, their services including eye exam and all my questions were answered. Now, of course, the big question arises; do I return to my known quantity optometrist an hour away or do I try someplace completely new. Probably depends on the quality and depth of the eye exam.Think I'll call them one more time and discuss with the doctor what he tests for. If that's satisfactory, I think I'll give them a try

Great selection of frames, SUPER friendly staff! They are the only ones to figure out why I was having issues with bifocals and got them right on the first try, Scott is absolutely fabulous to work with!

Very disappointed with this company, I went to purchase frames only with my insurance coverage, when I went to pay for them I was told the full price of frames, when I said I have insurance they told me I have to buy lenses with the frames. I asked why I could buy frames with cash but not with insurance they told me the system will only sell frames and lenses with insurance. When I called corporate they confirmed that is there policy. Seems to me they are trying to rob people with insurance by charging for services not wanted. Eyeglass world lenses suck and they give me a headache, why should I be forced to look through lenses that are bothering my eyes. I pay for insurance to be able to have options but they have robbed me of my freedom. I say that because LensCrafters, optimum eyes and other eyeglass places sell frames only through insurance. They will never get my money by strong arming me. I suggest taking business to optimum eyes because they put their customers before profit

I will never go back. The selection isn't great. The man I dealt with was rude and couldn't even adjust my glasses. Then I was told I couldn't come pick my glasses up till that same guy was at work.... Weird. I don't think that store is doing great but good luck if you do go.

Love this place! They took care of my order (and me!) while I was having a panic attack! Went back today, same great care, excellent service, super helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Stephanie is a dear dear lady. I highly recommend.

My wife and I went here. For the $78.00 for two pair of glasses. They charged $100.00 for a eye exam. And after I waited two days to get my glasses. I was charged $ 800.00 for 4 pairs of glasses. I wish I could give them zero stars. Wow!!!!!!

I came in late near closing time which I felt bad about to fix my glasses. Natasha was helpful and fixed my glasses free of charge as well as my spare glasses with no hesitation. Very quick customer service and was very kind, quick, and efficient. Thank you so much!

This used to be the only place I would go for my vision needs. Today I called and had some insurance questions and the woman I spoke to acted as if looking up my insurance and telling me what was covered was an inconvenience. I have dual insurance and was asking if one would cover contacts and one glasses, thats why I have dual coverage. Isnt that her job? She had "no way of knowing what would be covered as far as contacts went because she doesnt know what i wear." ...Maybe next time offer to look it up, or even ask! I could have told you so we knew what was covered... i believe her name was jessica. Im not sure if these associates work on commission , but thats the way it seems.
