I came in to get some canvas made there was a tall black male at the counter he was on his phone and when I approached him asking about this item and asking questions about it he was really rude with the answer I was just new to this and wanted to figure out pricing and sizes before making a big purchase I will not be returning to this location moving forward .. very dissatisfied.

Marie is a miserable human being who judges and refuses to help handicapped people she made it more confusing and was a terrible person to me im going to be reporting it to the civil rights division since she was able to help everyone but the girl in a back brace needing cardiology paperwork printed. I hope she gets fired, she shouldnt be working with the public

DO NOT SEND INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES USING FEDEX! The shipping rates are 3x-5x more expensive than anyone else. They wanted over $800+ to ship less than 10lbs worth of Christmas gifts in a typical rectangular box. Total value of contents: $240. Oh and if you lower the insurance coverage down to $100? NO SAVINGS AT ALL!!! These costs are NOT related to inflation, FedEx is CLEARLY overcharging customers to satisfy the greed of their shareholders on Wall Street...

I went to FedEx this morning (Tuesday) at around 9 am. Hilary and Laurie assisted me and both women were great! I'm switching remote job and I needed to ship my old employer's equipment. I had never shipped back equipment before, so I was nervous, but Hilary and Laurie were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They went above and beyond. I REALLY appreciated it. They are exceptional and FedEx should be grateful that they have these wonderful employees representing them. I had been dreading shipping the equipment back because my former employer only gave me one shipping label, but they had originally sent me two different boxes. My fears and worries were alleviated by these 2 dedicated employees. It is a load off of my mind that the packages will be safely packed and shipped from FedEx by Hilary and Laurie.

Racially profiled about picking up a package that I requested to have held here because the address on my license didn’t match the package. The policy clearly states that I can provide other documentation to prove this is my address but the manager Marie was literally making up her own rules about me picking up this package. Luckily the assistant manager Tae was there to deescalate the situation and Tae was able to give me my package by following company’s policy and not Marie’s made up policy. The manager at this location needs extra customer service training and she also needs to see an eye doctor because she was unable to read the company’s policy and Tae had to read to her what the policy was.

There was an older female clerk who was extremely friendly and patient and kind and was helping everybody. She's the kind of person that's an asset to this business. The other people who work here need to take note.
