As a senior, this bank has been a delight. I can pay my regular bills, night or day, from my recliner with complete control. When I have gotten into a financial jam, because of scammers or unexpected expenses, they have been generous with their time and patience. Their professionalism ĥas given me an additional sense of security.

Went to the Eastpointe branch on Gratiot & Frazho to open a CD. Was told they couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment. Tellers can't do anything, must meet with the banker. There is only one working and she's sitting by herself and I'm the only customer in the building...but she's too busy. 5 months later I need to renew the CD, same story. Went in at 4:30 on Friday when they are open until 6:00 and told I could come back on Monday...Tellers are friendly, but the banker, Anita, is rude and apparently doesn't care about customer service. I will be back when my second CD matures, to pull my money from 5/3.

Horrible drive thru service. I was the second in line when the bank opened. I waited for over 20 min before leaving.

ATM tellers are slow and incompetent. It doesn't matter if there isn't a line, they will take 15 minutes to complete even a simple transaction.

I have a mortgage with fifth Third Bank and have made all of my payments at this branch on Gratiot and frazho. Since August I have attempted to put extra money toward my escrow when I go out and online and look it is not there I have called customer service and I was instructed to send them a copy of the receipt that I received from this bank I did that 5 days later my extra escrow showed up. I have done this August September October November and December every month I had to call customer service to get this put on my payments this is very frustrating to work with a bank whose employees at particularly at this Branch are rude don't care what you say they will talk over you do whatever they have to to ignore you this is not acceptable behavior

Have had nothing but problems. Business account they literally stole from and have had problems with several employees. The latest was Mike today. I will avoid all 5th 3rd locations from now on. You couldnt pay me to deal with these thiefs!

Very terrible costumer service. MARIE WAS AWFUL AND VERY RUDE. I'VE BEEN MAKING SAME TRANSACTION THERE FOR 3 YEARS AND IT'S ALWAYS A PROBLEM. I BELIEVE THEY ARE RACIST.

Rude!! I had a question about my account and the lady couldnt answer it for me so she said she was going to transfer me to customer service and instead transfered me to their main menu! i called her back at least 8 times, rejected my call every time!! i am highly upset with those people!

Online banking NEVER works. The system will be down on phone and on a computer where it doesn't allow you to log in all day. Not convenient at all.
