The team there was so great when I came in to get my car looked at. They explained what was going on and made sure I understood. They gave me advice and answered any questions I had. They are great anytime I go here!

Gave me an appointment time for an alignment and all of their alignment guys had went home at 2 when my appointment as that 4. Wasted my time

I went in with knowledge of what was wrong with my car. Had computer report from Auto Supply Store. I was left with impression it could be repaired there under warranty. Came back with THEIR computer finding EXACTLY what info I came in with although of course they doubted what was already found. EXACTLY same info cost me $128 even though all they did was hook to their computer!!
Totally wasted money and will not return there...or recommend.

This facility has taken care of my worries with my vehicle having wobbling/vibration issues not once but twice now. First time was about 2-3 months ago. And then yesterday I had an appointment cause my vehicle had been wobbling for just over a week. Turns out I had a bad belt in one tire. Gary, the store manager went above & beyond to make sure my vehicle was once again safe to drive home. I can't thank him enough.

They tried to charge me $1,300 for a major tuneup because my car was chugging. The very next mechanic I went to fixed my car for less than $200. These guys are jokes you can’t trust them

I know I did not schedule an appointment. Nonetheless, two hours wait for an oil change seems a bit long. Perhaps, mechanics dedicated to that specialty should be in place. Major plus - open on Sunday. I will remember that whenever I am in Detroit.

1) My oil change that was done, the Technician did not reset the counter back to 100 percent full. 2) The Firestone facility in Roseville, MI did not receive the appointment I made on 11-26-2024 @9am. They said it never showed up for that date and time and they had to manually put it in when I got there. I had the confirmation notice in my email showing it was official 2 weeks in advance. They said they have computer glitches going on at their facility. 3) The work they did was not completed until after 1pm. I got there at 9am. I was told my car would be done around 11am. I walked 3 miles back home until I got a call it was done then had to walk back there 3miles to pick up the car. 4) Firestone Tech did not air up the tires. All 4 tires were really low on air. <30 psi in every tire. Not happy! :-(
