I really hate that they can never tell me exactly where my car is and I have to go searching for it and sometimes it’s in the parking lot of a neighboring business and I have a bad back. It’s extremely annoying. One time I went there and was told my car would be ready the next day. Never got a call. We got a call 2 days later. We approved them to go ahead and fix the problem. Another 2 days goes by and we call them and nothing had been done yet still, so we went and picked up our vehicle and took it somewhere else.

If possible I would give zero starsTerrible service. Terrible prices. The worst wait times I've ever heard of being told I'd be seen in the next few minutes for over 4 and 1/2 hours now. Place is ridiculous full of liars.Take your vehicle anywhere but here.I was told I was next when people would come in after me be seen before me. Complete unorganized facility.

This store really needs to take a course in time management and get the cars done faster. Also the car care people at the front desk, needs to be attentive when a customer comes in not looking at the monitor for like ten minutes before he helps someone. It is a good thing I stay there or they would be a bit slower on getting the car work done. Sometimes there was no one at the front counter and people were looking for help. Customer care is really lacking there! Needs help with customer care and time management!

I took a 2002 Oldsmobile intrigue in on the November 15th to get it look at then get a call on November 16th getting explaining about how my car need a brake flush and new pad and rotors and then I explain to him that my brother was wanting the passenger side cv axel seal replace and that he want to get the sensor replace so he can drive to work perfectly fine and Brian told us that it was a 02 sensor that would not recommend replacing then he told me about the boot leaking on the left side I was thinking The passenger side an I told him over phone I need the passenger side replace CV axle sill and I told him also I need a tune well I get the car back on the 16th to come to find out on my receipt they didn’t do the tuneup and also they only did the driver side CV axle seal I was telling him that it was passenger side for the whole time so I called back up there and I spoke with someone named Sean. He told me to bring it back in the on the 18th and they’ll be able to do the tuneup for free and the CV axle on the passenger side since it was miscommunication. So I had my brother wife drop it off and then I get told that we can’t get the tune up for free for how much that spark plug was and he said they only thing I would pay for would be the parts no labor and he will see about the cv axle and they still nothing for the axle but did the tune up and then my brother drove the car to work and he notice that there was brake fluid and transmission fluid leaking from underneath the car So he contacted fire stone again and got towed to bring it up here Sunday morning first thing and they will take a look at When we got up there, we spoke with Brian again, and Brian was sitting there, telling us that we shouldn’t have dead the CV axle because of the boot that it could’ve caused I told him that I was wanting the passenger side done in the first place not the O2 sensor because I reminded them of that but he told us that he won’t be able to get someone on it for about two days but I have to wait if we already paid for everything

I broke down and called them to make an appointment, the guy said they had one the next day at 10:50. great so I call them the next day around 12:30 to see what’s going on. they said oh it’s about to be looked at soon we will call you. 3:00 comes around I called again & the guy said i’ll try my best to look at it today…..so I called back at 5 bc they close at 6 & he said oh it can’t be looked at until monday LOL so monday morning I found someone willing to do it RIGHT THEN so I called them to let them know & he kept saying oh I can look at it and get it done today so i’ll do it today I promise I asked how much he said 1000 for an alternator! kept saying it’s 5 hours worth of labor (didn’t even look at the car yet) the other place quoted me $325. mean less to say THEY SUCK.

I went there yesterday to get a wheel alingment for my mercedes , yesterday after i arrived home i looked at the front bumper i saw a piece of plastic hanging out of my bumper , they broke my bumper which i already painted it last month !!

Took a vehicle for a test drive I was going to purchase to them they were great customer service was A-1 top teir Angel and Frank as well as the service was excellent they saved me from buying a piece of junk that needed a timing chain. Thank You for your great customer service I recommend these guys to anyone.

I should’ve paid more attention to the reviews I’ve read, I made an appointment online because that’s how most things are done nowadays, I lost track of time and got there 20 minutes late, they were all taking their lunch at the same time (Red Flag) I mean, I know that they have to eat too, but shouldn’t they schedule their lunch so they can keep their customers somewhat happy? I politely told him that I had an appointment and I was running late and asked if they could still get me in, he looked up my appointment and mentioned that it was never confirmed along with 5 other people, (Red Flag) he didn’t even try to see if he could get me in. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere??

I had 3 appointments to change my spare donut tire and was cancelled for reasons of no tech avail. I went out of my way 3 times to have a patched spare tire pit on my Saturn. This was a 8 day process!!!! I'm a 3 war veteran and I will circulate to Selfridge base and Gaylord base also how shit your business sense is. Go fuck you Firestone/ paid a private company $18 to Canberra my tire!!!! Duck you Firestone

My husband made a 10am appointment for a car inspection this morning. He explained that our car was having issues and the person on the phone said the process would take 30-60 min, and depending on what was found- they could proceed with repairs depending on what was needed. Two people needing repairs arrived after my husband, and were seen before him! 4 hrs later, after being told several times he "was next"- my husband asked for our car keys and left...with the tech insisting that he would "be next". This is beyond ridiculous- we wish we had paid heed to the reviews...it's just that we've gone there in the past with no issues, and since we only wanted them to see what was wrong, we figured it would be ok. NOPE! we chose 1 star because they don't let you give negative ones. Let's just say the one star is for how close they are to our house, and for answering the phone promptly. If you want to waste your time- this is the place to go!!
