Go to disk replay,more options, cheapr prices,staff that aren't brain dead teens or adults who are angry cause there 55 working at game stop..no to game stop..yes to disk replay

Literally everytime I call this store no one answers. You have a better chance of calling your favorite movie actor or actress and them answering than this store answering..Update....they still never answer their phones.(May 6th).

Purchased a "new" Nintendo Switch which happened to be used and broken. When I tried to return it the same day I was accused of fraud by the store manager Pierce. He even lied and said that he visually saw a new unit to try and discredit me. The regional manager discovered that the Switch was sold and returned previously and eventually made it right however I've never met anyone as unprofessional as Pierce, I guess the bar is very low for management at GameStop.

Pre-ordered Hogwarts Legacy. Showed up to pick it up and they said they were out. I told the cashier I had a pre-order thinking she was just saying they were out because they didn’t have any to sell to people who didn’t pre-order it. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case, they had 0 left in stock. She said they would be getting more in soon but she didn’t know when. After I pick up this game when it finally comes in I probably won’t do any business with GameStop after that. Be careful GameStop, you could easily become the next Blockbuster and die out if you can’t handle filling customer orders.EDIT:I called and spoke with Pierce just now and he wasn’t helpful. He was totally ignorant of any situation pertaining to Hogwarts Legacy which is weird because he works at a gaming store. It’s literally his job to know. He did manage to look in the computer and see that they wouldn’t be getting any copies in any time soon despite what I was told Monday evening by the employee working the counter.I will for sure not be doing business with any GameStop again. All the negative reviews saying that no employee in the building cares and the customer service is terrible are all 1000% true.

Terrible service went in to find an older game that was originally made for the 360 and wanted to know if it was compatible with Xbox one. The cashier rudely said find it out yourself and the other employees proceeded to laugh.

The worse gamestop I've been to i called to get a p5 they said that can't hold it i understood but when I got there the last one was going out the door and the 3 employees that was there said there it goes and laughed about they were very rude I do not recommend this gamestop
