I had to bring my car in after an unexpected and devastating accident. The Gerber Collision shop in Roseville was top notch in being professional, throughout, and timely with the repairs. The manager, Taylor, went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued as a customer and updated me multiple times throughout the process. His professionalism and kindness are the reason I have referred many friends and family to this location.

This place is the worst shop I’ve been to, nothing friendly about this place other than the front receptionist. Other than that they are clueless on how to work with people.

This shouldn’t be even called an auto shop, they are not responsible nor have any communication ability with their customers. If they tell you one thing they won’t hold up to their word. Doesn’t Inform you until about 2 weeks to find out they can’t be any help to you. absolute trash place. please don’t waste your time here.

I had a simple repair done here. Unfortunately my insurance policy stated “like OEM parts”. Which gives a large range of interpretation of what that may mean on a 7 year old vehicle. What was removed had very little rust, and the parts that were used in the replacement were incredibly rusty. Also, when something is spray painted like a body panel, the typical protocol would be to simply masked off areas that one wouldn’t want painted right? Not this place. They certainly painted the repaired section AND everything around it.

Shane was great! He explained what was happening and made sure to call me regularly with updates. He went above and beyond making sure that I was taken care of. Cheryl at the front desk was also very helpful and courteous!

They are always very helpful and kind to everyone. Didn't take long for an estimate. Jose Hernandez did a great job of showing me what needed to be fixed. Took the time to go over the report with me.

Took my car here for an estimate after someone rear-ended me. It was recommended by my insurance company. We ended up taking it somewhere else. Not only was the guy I met with extremely pushy but the initial quote for how long they would have my car was AT LEAST 9 days (that was if they didn't need extra parts which they would've) I told him I wanted to speak to my husband first before signing anything and he must've asked another 5 times for me to schedule a time to drop it off. I ended up somewhere that got my car done in 4 days, and that was including an extra day for the extra part. I would NEVER recommend this place

Excellent Establishment. Friendly, courteous personnel. Absolutely perfect repairs. I recently hit a chunk of ice (long story), and this is the first place I considered.I don't think it's possible to go wrong here.

Great customer service. My car came out perfect. I am so happy I had them do the repair. Front right side was crashed. Looks great. I will always use them if I run into another problem.
