Blonde haired lady is the absolute rudest person. I've never had any issue with any other hot topic but this woman was so rude and had so much attitude with me that I will never be coming back to this location. And she claimed to be the store manager. They should reevaluate who they put into a manager position. She needs customer service training.

I don't go to the mall very often, maybe once a year. I always stop here and often find unique items, t-shirts, and socks for the kids. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
