Working with Josh and his team was great, especially because I traveled from out of state to purchase this vehicle. Josh was very communicative prior to my arrival, met me at the airport, and answered all my questions. Unlike other dealers, I felt listened to and not pressured to buy a vehicle I didn’t want.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACELeased a 23 Kia Niro for 3 years. Also purchased the wheel & tire protection for the duration of our 3 year lease (finance manager said it was $42 a month). Sales Manager brings out a sheet that says how much the monthly payment for the 3 year and 2 year leases along with the rebate. He never specified that the rebate of around $2.2k was only for the 2 year lease. He not once mentioned that the 3 year lease had a completely different rebate which was less. Did not know this until we got home and printed off the paperwork that was given to us on a flash drive. The agreed upon value that we signed was around $25k when we got home and saw the documents it was $32k on the papers.We’ve been to the dealer about 3 times to ask about these things. First time we went back we found out that the finance manager did not put all the documents on the flash drive. Who knows how much stuff was missing. Another thing in all of our documents it doesn’t say anything about the wheel and tire protection that we purchased. Every time we asked for an itemized bill or something in writing that states exactly how much this protection costs for the 3 years they couldn’t provide us anything other saying something along the lines of “trust me you got it”. The final time we went there I called up the company who does the tire and wheel protection and asked how long we were covered for and they said 5 years. Why would we pay for 5 years of coverage for a car we are leasing for 3 years? The finance managers boss said “he must of pressed the 5 year instead of 3 years”. So they’re not even going to bother fixing anything? Keep in mind all the times we’ve been to the dealership they said it was for 3 years. I asked the protection company how much it costs per month and they said they didn’t know and that the dealership would know cause they are the ones sending them the check, but when we asked the dealership they just want us to take their word for it. They finally typed up on a company letterhead that we had the wheel and tire protection for 5 years (which they would of written 3 years if I wouldn’t have called up the protection company in front of them). On that letter they still never wrote how much the protection costs and that’s what I’ve been asking for this whole time. Not sure what the big secret is.These guys are a bunch of scam artists. And I see we weren’t the only ones who have been scammed. Be sure to read every line of your documents before you E-sign anything or they might try to sneak a bunch of secret costs on there.

All I can say is, pay attention to every small detail! I traded in a vehicle for a 2021 Kia Soul and they were not transparent at all with the numbers! I have a 780 credit score and put 5k down on the vehicle, and they tried to sneak in additional fees and charges every step of the process! Charged us $1k more than the listed selling price and basically gave me nothing for my trade-in. Even with my father being in the business (he is a finance manager in auto sales) we could not understand where they were getting their numbers from!! We had to call multiple times and no one ever called us back, so we went back in person and asked why we were charged more than the selling price we agreed on. The manager there said it was his FIRST day, looked over the numbers, and said “You are completely right.” Advice: if you do go to Jeffrey Kia, have someone in the business to look over EVERYTHING or you might get scammed! Maybe the new manager will turn the place around. Our salesman was very nice too and helped us settle everything. See Tim Henderson if you go there!

Mandel made my process so easy. My new favorite sales consultant. I didn't feel pressured to do anything, he was informative & patient. He took his time & made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I was very satisfied with my vehicle and in awe of the KIA family at Jeffrey Kia.

The worst experience I have ever had!! Car was not ready when I got there and was told my front tires where bad was the reason why they could not get the alignment right !! Tires have nothing to do with alignment plus took almost 50 days to get my car back!! I would love to speak with the GM of this store to tell him how I was treated. I am 32 years in the car business and have run dealerships!! This place needs a lot of help. George Reader

Things started off really well, I was ready to buy a car. I spoke to a salesman in the used car area, I wanted a Kia Seltos. I was sold on it so I drove up there and gave them all my information to run my credit and see what kind of deal we could get done. I got there about 30 minutes before close so I knew nothing would be dont that night. Well, 2 days go bye so I send an email and get a response they would call me on Monday (I went in on a Thursday). I never ever heard from them again, so basically got my credit run for no reason at all. Not cool, luckily for me and unlucky for them I walked into a competitor and bought a car instead. Got the rate I wanted, the payments I wanted, and better yet, the car I wanted. I would recommend to follow up as much as possible with them since it seems they are not very interested in selling a car.

I saw Tim Henderson, he was Incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my needs and give me the best possible deal. I’ll never go anywhere else for a car. The friendliest and most knowledgeable people. Tommy knows as much about Chicago hip hop as he does about how to operate the panel on a Seltos..it was the funnest day I’ve had in years. Jeffrey KIA is the best!!!!

I used to go here regularly for oil changes and the customer service is great however I took my car in for an oil change somewhere closer to home because I noticed my oil was low not too long after an oil change at Jeffrey Kia. I was told by the mechanics at the shop I went to that I had a slow leak in my oil pan that was cracked and when he looked into it he noticed the drain plug was inserted crooked by whoever did my oil change last, sometimes caused by the power tool used to screw it in. I called Jeffrey Kia to explain this problem to them and was told that it was in no way then because they don’t use power tools and I possibly hit something that caused the crack. I’m the only one who drives this car and I would noticed if I hit something significantly enough to crack my oil pan. I contacted golling Kia to schedule an appointment to change my pan and explained the situation to them where they then told me that all the dealerships use power tools. For Jeffrey Kia not only blaming me for this and not trying yo work with me I will no longer trust them for any services to my vehicle.

Matt and David helped with with purchase of a Kia Carnival, and the service was incredible! Other car dealerships have never been so responsive or helpful. I had some trouble arranging the travel and timing of a purchase, and the accommodations they made for me were very generous.
