I come here weekly to do my grocery pick up and I must say the entire pick up team is phenomenal. Always met with a greeting, friendly service and they handle my groceries with care. I’ve recently had a baby and going into the store with a baby and a car seat is a hassle. Thank you for making this part of my life so much easier. I wish I knew all of your names, because you all deserve the recognition. Give these amazing people a raise!

I said Merry Christmas, and she got frozen face and didn't reply to me
I said the second time I thought she didn't hear me good, and she became nervous and said, "I said it, merry Christmas too." I will not say it twice. I will not say it twice !!!
What ever she believes in
It's National Day and Religion Day, and I'm a customer. I'm not asking for money assistance from her. I'm a customer, she has to treat me well

Patricia needs to just stay quiet and call for help if she doesn't know how to address an issue. I had an electronic manufacture coupon specifically for Kroger, she tells me how they're not allowed to take ebt off a phone and even after explaining it's a coupon and not ebt, she proceeds to rudely tell me how she's not going to risk loosing her job over me. I finally tell her the screen with my coupon shows directions on how to process it, but she's still stuck on how they don't take ebt off a phone and somehow her scanning it even though they don't take it according to her it's going to mess her drawer. If a store doesn't accept a coupon no matter how many times you scan it, nothing will be deducted.It took her supervisor telling her it's a coupon for her to finally understand.

This delivery department is an absolute joke. They’re absolutely useless. They cancelled my order 24 hours after I placed it with absolutely no notification or reasoning and it’s going to take 3-5 business days for funds to be returned to my card. Stay far away from these rude crooks

If you want a Good Dearborn ham , go anywhere other than Krogers !!! Two years in a row now have purchased from Kroger , and quality not there !! Last year ham was in Wrong Box

The place is ALWAYS clean when I come and the cashier Nikki is always giggling and smiling, and greats me with a smile! She’s the best employee and chaser I have come across, I will always wait in her line just to see her because she makes the wait worth it!

The kroger is so clean and neat and organized. Nikki the cashier is friendly and goes out of the way of people. I seen someone post that she is rude she is one of the nicest girls that work there. Everytime I go they have everything in stock.

Worst Kroger store in the city.
It is dirty, they don even make an effort to straightens out their shelves or anything. Floor is always sticky. They are always out of stock of so many items! And lastly, the staff is very unhelpful and totally rude. Especially the cashier, Nikki. She is very unprofessional and gives the store an even worse name. Every time I’ve had the unlucky chance of being in her line, she is always super rude and looks miserable. She shouldn’t be working with the public, and that goes for almost all the employees there.
