Worst Marshall's location ever. They yell at their employees like they're dogs. I know there was this guy manager who did it I think his name was David or Dan or something and then Lolita was the other lady who I've overheard yelling at employees. Treat your staff better and corporate will be getting a call because that is unacceptable. The store is not only a complete hazard to be in due to the poor management (yes the management not the employees who are doing their best), but I always see new employees every week because they seem to mistreat their staff and have a crazy employee turnover. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Do not support this business and someone get an inspector in there because it's hazardous.

Live in Michigan between Midland and Bay City. I visited the Roseville MI store on 12/7/24 at 9pm. The store is a death trap. Merchandise, clothing carts, in the isles an accident to happen. Photo is of glass shelf’s 3 of them leaning up against a mirror. If someone or a Child would have bumped them you would have a major injury lawsuit for negligence. Your staff was very unprofessionally dressed one had a crop top showing her stomach, another was dressed in Christmas over done. I counted 6 staff member total in the store. None of them were even attempting to clean up the isle ways or an effort to work. This store is a disgrace, fire and death trap. Need to be reported to OSHIA and state of Michigan.

Not impressed with this location. Staff is rude to start, denied our return of less than 60 days ago, couldn’t even get store credit. The store is TRASHED. Everywhere you go there is merchandise on the floors, in isles, thrown on shelves, etc. it’s like they’re not even trying at this point to keep up with the store. I get it, it’s the holidays, but still, enough is enough, you want to work, then work! Don’t walk around till your shift is up. I have provided pictures below of how trashed the shelves are. Store says online it closes at 11pm, we were in shopping at 10pm and were told to leave since the “customers leave at 10, and the employees leave at 11”????? What? That doesn’t even make sense. Stay another hour to do what? Clean your store?

There are many options, for things, but the store is so disorganized.
Look at the planner/notebook section. It's a freaking nightmare.

Love the selection, staff is generally quite friendly- but the lines for checkout are a struggle!! I notice the staff is SO friendly that it can hold the line up even longer. This isn’t a con- but it can be when they’re busy.

Went to check out and the cashier checked every single clearance tag price, tore one off and said wrong price. The guest I was with didn’t have that happen with hers. Very rude and will tell all my family and friends the treatment I had.

Very clean nice staff but very very little to choose from in the misses section Yolanda keep the line moving quickly and La Tonya was wonderful 😀 👍
