For years I had been going to a well knownexpensive car wash I went for convenience but they did a poor job. On Saturday August 11th 2023 I visited Marco’s the Roseville location in Michigan for an in and out service. The service and overall experience was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Staff friendly, professional and took pride in their job. The gentlemen that work there take pride in the appearance your car. This will be my new go to place for a car wash.

Avoid this place. Came & got a $12 wash , the GM manager was collecting the money for my wash & all I could sell was vodak when he was talking to me.

I will not return. I went by this location not knowing it wasn't the same full service quality car wash that has been there for years it's a shane they are gone . My windows were dirtier then before it was washed possibly dirty towel used to dry with. I always make sure I tip nice so not sure why the drying isn't nice, just rushed. I purchased a $15 wash as well. But....that's not the worst part..I have a brand new Jeep not even a year old and my front driver side rim is all chewed up now, when they had me pull up and through the car wash it was making lound clanky noises on my tires....they can say it's not them all they want... I don't drive that much and I always park in my driveway or regular parking spots that wouldn't cause any damage to my rims. The damage wasn't there prior. So now I have to send up to $300 on a new rim.

Went there as it’s down the street went through my bank standby only to find out they charged me 3 separate times for different amounts! Then stated the machine was down so it was down for over a month when you decided to run my cars multiple times will not go back unfortunately never even received a resolution for it nor repayment I’ll go down to the others instead duces marcos

Two months ago I attempted to cancel my membership, since then I have called and emailed with no response. They have no hit my credit card with 2 charges after the requested cancellation. This is at a minimum lazy on their part, if not unethical and/or illegal.

I used to go here every month, but no more. The old owners took very good care of my family and my cars. Now, it's a overpriced self car wash at the same price as full service used to be. I used to get a wash, vacuum, armor all inside and toes, wax for $20. Now, I can only get a quick self wash. Only 1 guy drying the car. Sad... This place used to be a diamond in the rough and I will miss the old service and owners. It's convenient, but I'll drive further for the service I'm accustomed to.

Idk why when they got new owner the price went up, service went down. $12 and I had to go back because they barely washed the rims, Do better and change your employees attitudes as well.Services: Car waxing
