Steven Mckanney: ROB IS TRULY, TRULY A GOOD GUY. He has saved not only me, but my daughter countless money. He's honest. He's efficient. His staff takes care of me EVERYTIME. Been going to him for years & I will never stop. He's not the type to try to "get over" on ppl with things they don't need. And whatever he can't do, he'll even refer you to mechanics that CAN. Maxx is forever golden in my book. ?

Robert is not all made up to be I know him the best and I could tell some good stories about Robert he did me way wrong and I'll never forget that! he is faker then most of you know he'll con you fast becareful he has some good lines don't fall for it it's all a con he a rip off too and if your not careful he's been known to snitch on people ? I know that to be true too

Trans went on my Jeep. Got it back on promised day. Friendly,Great attitudes (Robert(funny man) screwed up his joke lol lol but in all in all knowable answered ALL questions and some. Great warranty, would highly recommend. Will be going back if needed for any of my cars.

I usually don't write reviews on reviews, but WOW just WOW most of the negative reviews were their own fault and just common sense seems to have missed some of them. Not trying to cause any drama or anything but if you don't get at least 2 different quotes for the work and issue then the fault is yours J/S

These guys took my drivers License in order for me to Inspect my damaged car when I came back he was gone I got home realized he still had my license came the next day they won't open until 45 minutes after their business states that they're open. I would never use this company again ever. What a bunch of clowns.

Very disrespectful. I called to inquire about a rental vehicle being impounded. I was screamed at asking who am I and who do I represent. No decency for tone or customer service. I did not only remain conservative throughout the call but did not reciprocate the tone that was extended to me. Told the renter can retrieve their things but it's not their vehicle why would they give them the car. Reach out to the rental company. *CLICK*. This is the tone of conversation at 9:20AM to be clear. Facts are facts but that is no way to talk to ANYONE.
