It took me a minute to find the UPS drop off point, not knowing it was inside of Michael's but the store is beautifully laid out! I worked for a similar store about 20 yrs ago and they were constantly scrambling to make their setup satisfactory at best! I will definitely come back for craft and other needs!

Customer service sucks. I love to shop at this store but employees always seem like they are bothered. I'd rather order online for pick up.
