Can I just start off by saying I absolutely love this dealership!!! I have 2021 Grand Cherokee lease that started acting funny on a Friday midafternoon. They managed to take my vehicle in Saturday and give me a brand new rental so I could still get around. Life saver!!!My regular dealership always is offer a shuttle… which I will now be utilizing Golling from now on. I had a check engine light that was flashing and beeping. As well as I was need of an oil change.My husband dropped it off on Saturday at 12:30 and by Monday at 4:30 my Jeep was back up to new! Coil and plug replaced, as well as an oil change and tire rotation! I pulled up and was addressed so kindly as Mrs Rice and treated so wonderfully by Temmar Woods. I will definitely be back for any future needs.

Had the best experience leasing my new Jeep with Michael Querro. Not only did I get a great deal, Michael made the entire process very quick and easy. He is super knowledge and made sure I loved the vehicle I leased and knew how to use all of the new features. It was my first time working with Golling and Michael and I already know I will be returning for my next vehicle as well as referring family and friends. Thank you!

Purchased a used vehicle at Golling of Roseville used vehicle location. Pepi kept the process easy and seamless. He made sure I knew what paperwork I would need to bring with me and gave me a tour of the new-to-me vehicle that has way more bells and whistles than my previous vehicle. I would definitely recommend Golling if you need a used vehicle - and be sure to ask for Pepi!

Just bought my second car from here this past week. Absolute beautiful car. Greg in used cars had me hooked the second he sent me the info. Bought it on the spot. In and out, with the car, within about 45 minutes.

Let me tell you about this salesman Jason Burns. What a complete pleasure to deal with. From the 1st phone call, to in between texts, few other phone calls and the last hand shake goodbye. This guy was top notch. We bought a CPO Ram 2020 from him. The service Dept, Managers all made sure this deal happened when we needed it to. We had 2 totalled vehicles, and needed something Fast. Called on a Thursday, picked up Truck Friday at 3pm from about 3 hours away. I probably will never shop at another dealership but this one for the future. Could not go wrong shopping here. Ask for Mr. Burns. I'm not sure any other salesman there could have pulled off what he did in that amount of time. It definitely didn't go unnoticed. This guy was a grinder!!! Thanks to all of you at Golling!!! ??

I never had such a pleasant time obtaining a new car. I ended up building my car and wasn’t hassled about getting one from their inventory. My sales rep Wes McConnely is the best. He always looks out for your interest and listen to your wants and needs.

My experience at Golling was precisely how used car dealers should be! Jason Burns was my representative and was kind and super communicative. He handled everything virtually and I walked in to pickup my 2016 Honda CRV in 15 minutes. The car was sold for their advertised price of $6,995 and then they ran it through service for a full safety certification which included brakes being done and all air filters and wipers being changed. They did not charge a penny for this! All used cars from Golling come with free lifetime oil changes too! The finance manager Tony was very efficient and pleasant and offered a few extras that I declined but never pressured me. The entire staff was polite and greeted me. The seamless buying experience was priceless and the customers here get the better end of the transaction. I am a Golling lifer! Thank you everyone!!! ? ? ? ? ??

Had the best experience with Golling- first time reaching out to them to look at options ahead of my lease being up. Michael was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to see the car I asked him about. He made the whole process so easy and was very personable. Michael and Sean were very realistic with my options and helped me figure out what was best for me and my family without the typical sales pressure you get elsewhere. Though I decided to pass due to having a while left on my current lease, we will definitely be going back to Golling to work with them when the time is right! Highly recommend Michael and his team.

Golling CDJR Used car sales was the best experience EVER in buying a car. Unlike most dealerships I was in and ut of there faster than any car purchase ever. They were all great and friendly. Pepe was the friendliest most helpful sales person I have ever dealt with as well. If you go in ask for Pepe he will not disappoint!

I have brought my vehicle into the service department several times at Golling Roseville. I would say that this is the best I have been treated at a service department in a long time. Brayden has helped me just about every time and he is a great at his job and just a great person overall. He does what he says he's going to do and he understands that the customers time is valuable. I appreciate this dealership and will be returning as a loyal customer.

Very upsetting experience with the body shop. Had an accident which I have seen far worse. Just got my jeep back after they had it for over 3 months. Was told it would be ready on a Friday then nothing till I called a week later and then was told mid-week the following week. I told them I was going to rent a car and take it out of the bill and he told it would be done Monday and if not I would get a loaner. On Monday after waiting all day they said it would not be done and they did not have a loaner for me. It was toolate and I couldn't get a rental car. I ended up missing work. On Tuesday they almost pulled the same thing until I literally called crying because I didn't want to miss work again. They got it done but then gave me absolutely no discount for missing work because I couldn't get a loaner that they agreed to pay for. Now I will never buy another car from that dealership. It's too bad the body shop ruined that for them.

I typically dread taking my car into a licensed dealership because of the inflated costs compared to other local repair facilities. However, I've been bringing in my vehicles to Golling for the past few years, and I've never had a bad experience. I've gotten to know the staff (techs and service writers) on a first-name basis, and they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently I had an extremely bad experience getting coverage for an engine component through an aftermarket warranty. After the warranty company denied my claim, the technicians at Golling helped me find alternative financing options. They would even take me into the garage and show me other vehicles with similar issues, so they could visually show me what was going on with mine. These guys have a great sense of humor, they know their stuff, and it's a pleasure doing business with them. I want to give a particular shoutout to Dave (service writer), Glenn, Harold, and Ed (my usual go-to technicians), and Bob (who works on engines in Heavy). These gentlemen are talented technicians who are extremely generous with their time and knowledge. I wish more dealerships operated with the integrity of Golling.
