I made an online order and the app told me my order was delayed. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my order to be done, then I went to grab my food at the window and I get all the way home to not even have some of my food in my bag. I had to drive all the way back out here and I asked to speak to a manager..who didn’t even want to come out and talk to me. And the poor girl up front was continuously being told to cash the line behind me out while she was obviously assisting me with my issue..meanwhile I see 3 other workers making FaceTime calls and texting behind walls… pretty pathetic if you ask me. And unprofessional for the manager to not even come out and talk to me. I guess that’s why’s this location has so many poor reviews. LMAO save your time and go to another Panera y’all.

I was charged almost $11 for a bagel and a 16 oz unblended smoothie… the same smoothie used to be twice the size. Yeah it’s a no for me I won’t be back. Service and costs these days make absolutely no sense.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, however, I ordered a parfait from this location and for over $5 I got a spoonful of yogurt a handful of berries and a whole lot of water? Definitely not worth it.

I ordered a roasted turkey and avocado BLT and added cheese. They forgot the avocado and cheese, I went back and told them so they made me another one and STILL forgot the cheese. I don’t understand how you can make this mistake TWICE when it’s on the written order and I told you verbally. Stay away from this location unless you want to spend an hour waiting for them to actually get the order right.

They suck and don’t know how to work people with proper training and there aittudes people who don’t have no no consideration and they use the same food for the next day they use hard bread for the soups and there place ain’t clean I’m sorry I don’t normally say all this but I’m sorry no wonder why they can’t keep people

I love Panera especially since this location is closest to my house and my work but i cannot express how many times this specific location has messed up my order, it’s to the point it’s practically every time i place a rapid pickup. I either get something wrong with my sandwhich or get the wrong soup or forgotten items etc. This panera really needs to get their act together this is ridiculous.

Not enough staff, dirty dishes everywhereFood was terrible.I haven’t been at Panera in a long time so I wasn’t really familiar with what she told me I had the last day of a certain offer a sandwich and and asoup or salad. I got the bacon and avocado sandwich and decided to try their mac & cheese, bad choice on both! And she didn’t tell me that I was only getting a half a sandwich and the bowl of the macaroni was half full and it was like macaroni soup instead of macaroni and cheese. It was like a real thin Milky broth with noodles and the sandwich had one little piece of bacon in it so if it was a royal mess! I just brought it up and got my money.And in answer to the bottom question…NO I would not recommend anything!

Had a minor issue with my order and the manager, Joseph (I believe!), was exceptionally helpful and went WAY above and beyond making it right! Great asset to the team! Thank you, Joseph!

Do not go through the drive through. Every single time I do it takes a half hour or more. Doesn’t matter if I order 1 thing or 20. Go here only if you have an entire afternoon to waste.

Excellent food. Ordered online and the app was easy to use. Customer service and communication great; they texted me to let me know they received my order and then texted me when order was ready for pickup.

Good food but prices have really gone up for what they offer. May delete from my go to list and put on once in while list. A pick two soup salad laws to be $10 but now is $14+. Wow.

Went to the Gratiot store and had a large order. Had to wait awhile but everything was hot and packed well. Except for the wait, I will return because I love their squash soup and grilled cheese sandwich.
