Worst place ever! I took my baby of 4 months old here today and It was the most traumatic and horrific piercing experience ever. The girl had no idea what she was doing. First she pierced my daughters left ear and the back piece fell off… they had to get a new back piece and they had to push it in with their hands and my baby was in so much pain! Once she pushed it in we noticed it was so low that it was literally hanging off they edge of her ear lobe with the whole back piece showing from the bottom of her ear lobe! The girl said its not supposed to look like that and she didn’t know why its “sticking out” like that she kept saying its not supposed to be like that and that she couldn’t fix it and i just couldn’t believe her response let alone what she just did! Then she goes on to the next ear and presses the gun and pierces my daughter ear but the gun took the front and back part of the piercing off with it!!! So my daughter just got a hole pierced with no earring and so after they put that hole in her they had to go back in over that first hole and made another hole next to that one with a different piercing gun because apparently their excuse was that the first piercing gun was broken! My daughter was in so much pain from this dragged out experience and i was so shocked and didnt know what to say or do. At the end of the day i spent $95 and her ears are messed up and earrings are crooked! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!!!

Took my 4 month old daughter to get her ears pierced before her baptism party and they ruined her ears! Her they didn’t know what they were doing and the messed up her piercings. One ear is pierced too low and the other too high. They had to pierce one ear twice because the gun didn’t work the first time and they had to use their hands to screw on the back part! I never seen anything like this before what a traumatic experience.

Unprofessional doesn’t know how to pierce an infants ears, ruined my child’s ears and it looks ridiculous. Worst experience ever they do not know what they are doing. Go elsewhere ! They do not use needles they use a piercing gun which isn’t even good to use what so ever for the tissue in your earlobes ! You have been warned

I had a very nice experience! Everybody seemed to know exactly what they were talking about, and they were very friendly as well! I felt very welcomed! Jewelry is exactly what you would expect, you get what you pay for! Very good quality depending on what you’re willing to spend! Even the Cubic zirconium based jewelry is very high quality! The Sterling Silver is my favorite! Love this place!

Recently had both of my daughters' ears pierced here and I was happy with the experience. It's been approximately 2 weeks since we went for one of my daughters, and her ears are healing up very nicely with following the aftercare provided by the employee. This was her first time having her ears pierced. She is 6 years old. They were quick about it and she did not even cry. She was also really happy that they gave her a sucker afterwards.My other daughter is 10 and we just got hers done today. She has had her ears pierced in the past, but they did not properly heal, we had to remove them, and they closed up. Seeing how well my 6 year olds piercings are healing, we decided to give hers another try. Again, no tears with the piercing. They are both very happy, and we will be back to shop for more earrings once they are fully healed.

Recently gotten my ear pierced by Kristina whom was a wonderful person. She explained to both my daughter and myself on which size earrings to get our pierced with. She even took the time to process the exact piercing of the ears. Damn good employee, damn good person. The 4 stars are going only for Kristina. The other three employees the short black American, the white Caucasian with the black hair and the other white Caucasian are rude as hell. They do not speak to customers nor present themselves professionally. They literally stand there in that tight area joust looking at you the customer to speak. Highly rude. I hope the owner, ceo, someone sees my review and speak yo them. Kristina you are a rock star!!!!

Leslie did my five month old's ear piercing and she was very experienced, friendly, informative, and wore both face shield and face mask while piercing my infant's ears which is what made us come her! Leslie was Awesome!!
