My daughters and I were at this location yesterday Thursday March 13th 2025. I asked a girl about a pair of pants on the mannequin. She loomed at me with a stupid look on her face. 1 of my daughters found something she liked and wanted to buy. The cashier had a nasty funky disposition. This is the second and last time. If people don't shop there those jobs will easily fold. I hope corporate reads these reviews.

This used to be my favorite Rainbow store to shop at, but some of the individuals that's working there now attitudes are horrible to be working in retail. Also your return policy sucks and you will lose alot of customers because of it.

It's 7:32 pm the store closes at 8pm and they have the doors locked and not allowing anyone inside. The older short hair lady just watching us at the door ignoring us and not opening. This is normal for this store and sad.

Had really cute clothes for cheap. Fitting rooms not open, worker following me around. Had to make an additional trip because one of the items I purchased didn't fit. Then I had to fill out a form for the return, which the worker questioned my name and address??? Really???

This is a very horrible store. They always close half hour early. All customers dont live around the block or 5 min away. I arrived at this store at 7:40 pm only to be told the registers have been shut down already on today 7/23. This is bad business and false advertisment and bad customer service! All the social media sites will be made aware of this store in Roseville bad business practices today!!!!! Don't you worry because corporate will be made aware of this! If corporate doesn't do anything then that says alot about Rainbow stores itself! Just go to SheIn guys!

How your doors locked at 7:40 when google and the sign on the door say your store closes at 8:00. That’s very POOR code customer service ??????

I arrived at the Rainbow today at 10:55am where I seen another customer leaving. I went to go in and they advised they weren’t open yet. I then asked what time they opened three time. The women would not answer and proceeded to lock the door. I waited out side with two other women until long after 11am when they opened. When they already let someone else in. Then when we were inside they were rude. Long story short don’t got to this store.

The experience there was ok... Decent service... Lots of different clothes options... But most of there clothing was on clearance... This l the price great... But no fitting rooms and all sales are final.. I tried the dress on over my clothes and thankfully it looked good on when I got home but I don't like the color on me as much as I thought and over clothes there was no way of knowing.. Hopefully it will look better in the summer
