The pharmacy has great hours and always get my medication ready quickly. I'm guessing complaints about not being allowed to fill prescriptions are from narcotics seekers.

Pharmacy won't let you bring a prescription in a few days early but when they are out of what you need they make you wait a few days till it gets in. Shortest wait is 3 hours been to way better pharmacy's only reason I go here still is because I have a stupid coupon in there computer that saves me money

Slow as molasses. Pharmacy itself is great, as long as the bitchy indian lady from the other store is not covering for somebody. There are two ladies od the same descent. One is very nice and polite, the other one hates her job and is a miserable person. Otherwise same ruteaid as every other riteaid. Commonly used meds are always out of stixk. I have a major back injuey and unfortunatelyi an stuck with severe pain for the rest of my life. Thanks ro the junkied it takes days to get pain meds filled b ( with company that big logistics should be able to point out what sells and what doesnt. Management needs to do a better job stocking. Especially considering that shortages are chrimic in nature and the prices on meds are roadside rape. They charge insurance 3800 bucks for otezla, triple ehat other oharmacies do. Same with creator. 800 bucks dor 30 days? No wonder insurance is so expansive. Its becausensurance has ri rspe you.

Husband went to their store in a hurry. Apparently the old value cards are out and there is a new Plenty card available. So after waiting over 10 minutes for the TWO staff members to serve just three people it's finally my husbands turn at the register (so much for a quick stop). The cashier repeatedly asks my husband to sign up for their new Plenty card, telling him the old one didn't work, asking him for his phone number to show him that the old system didn't work, told him that it will make him and his boss look good if he signed up, told him that their stores were in a contest and it would help them if he signed up. My husband is leaving for Qatar tomorrow and just wanted to make a quick stop to get home to his family. Please get better trained staff at your store who understand that it's truly only polite to ask 2 times. And also let him know that when he says "Merry Christmas" to a customer, it shouldn't sound snotty just bc he didn't get them to so sign up. Husband said he gave him a raised eyebrow look and said "well, Merry Christmas then." We won't be back.
