I really like shopping at sephora. It's one of my favorite stores to be completely honest. However, I have to rate it 3 out of 5 because some items weren't fully stocked. I'm not quite sure where the discrepancy lies upon distributor or retailer. Some items appear present online as opposed to in physical store. Nonetheless, some patrons as myself prefer shopping in a physical store than a virtual one.All in all, my experience with the retailers at this sephora location were nothing but the best! Staff were courtesy and informative. My only quarrel is that a particular brand distributor made a "quite merge" to other outlets like khols while mis-advertising that their "new products" were being physically sold at Sephora outlets vs Sephora online.In actually, the older products from this brand is still being sold at physical sephora store outlets; just not the NEW KIND WORDS Products. This misleading advertisement is not a sole reflection of this Sephora store per se; yet, made my experience a little inconvenient. Hence, 3 out of 5 star review.

I decided to spend gift card and i would say my visit at this location was not up to my standard of professionalism. The sale person started out ok until i asked her advice on a fragrance and mind you she just said Lancome was good, then i ask her how Y. S.L. smell and she said we might not like the same purfume.So to me she sound like she was contradicting. When i told her she got irritated and had the other sale lady wait on me because she had no problem telling me her opinion on how good Lancome smell but in another breath "WE" might not like the same thing. So i told her i will not never asked her opinion . I will never spend a dime at this location. I went back before location close very nice salesperson this time around.

I was disappointed that they have discontinued two of my favorite products but I was introduced to a new brand lip balm and was very pleased. I thank my Sephora team member (forgot her name?).

I walked in, was second in line. Time in store was only 10 minutes at most. Person working counter was fast, efficient, friendly.

Even though I didn't purchase anything, you can tell they were having excellent deals. So if anyone is looking for something for someone at Xmas time now is a good time to shop there.

Although Elexis was Great!!!! I wish this location had a better assortment of fragrances. They don't stock Flowerbomb by Viktor&Rolf. I was gift shopping sadly. I did however find other fragrances I normally purchase.

I love Sephora! They take the best safety precautions so you can try before you buy. Which is the only way I'll shop for my beauty & skin products. Given the prices of most brands I simply cannot afford the old "hit or miss" way to shop. Plus samples and points to use for products as well. Compared to the "other" beauty store Sephora can't be beat.
