I needed brake repairs and was referred to Sparks Tuneup in Roseville by a trusted friend. A great experience and I’ll be a return customer. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost…(and with no attempted upselling.) My brakes are working perfectly. Highly recommend!

As a family we've brought a few different cars here for work. Ranging from a tire plug to more extensive work. Each time was a good experience. No issues. Staff is friendly and explained all the work that was done.

Went to sparks for the first time. They were very nice and efficient. The cost of my repair was also fair price. They were able to repair my car within the day and did well at communicating with cost, options and time of the car being ready. I will go back in the future.

I found Sparks when Belle Tire mechanic recommended them for what he couldn’t fix. This was 15 years ago, and the then owner worked hard to figure out a weird issue with my engine. I was shocked at the reasonable cost, and my family and neighbors got the same, quick and reasonable service. The new owner was head mechanic for the original owner, and kept the tradition of honesty and reasonable pricing. We ALWAYS go to Sparks, and they ALWAYS do a good, reasonably priced job.

I have had my vehicle here twice in the last year and a half (on recommendation from a former employer of mine). They have been transparent and honest about the work needed and the work completed.
In fact, just this weekend I was in to have front end work done, and somehow that work put my car into theft mode (I didn't know such a thing existed, especially on my twenty-one year old car). Any number of other places might have just charged me to replace my few years old fuel pump, citing fuel pump issues as the problems.
They explored that, figured out it was in theft mode, and I didn't have an unnecessary, exorbitant bill as a result.
I'll be back with additional work on my current vehicle, and I'll be bringing them any subsequent vehicle whenever that becomes a reality.
Jay and his team were incredibly patient and up front with me. I greatly appreciate them and their upstanding ethics.

Stopped there because my wiper fluid wouldn’t spray. Pulled it back said it was the pump and they could get the part same day. They got the part brought over, installed, and me back on the road in less than an hour. Great service. Thanks!

They did fantastic installing my exhaust on my car. However, they did wiring in my door, which was not done properly, and they replaced the door panel. First they used a panel from the wrong year car, and they were lazy with it. Theres 4 missing screws, and half of the clips were broken. I had to spend a couple hours of my day off. I will never come back here, and i will be contacting to receive the roughly $300 i was charged back.

I've gone to sparks a couple of times with car issues. They're always very straightforward, and have even talked me out of getting services I didn't need. They seem to get things done extremely quickly and get you in and out with out leaving your car in the shops for days on end

Jay and Mark at Sparks will get you taken care of, handle pretty much all auto repair. And their prices are reasonable.

I’ve been going here for years. They are super friendly and always give me a great price for my repairs. I would say the only downside is they don’t keep computer records, but it’s such a minimal thing I don’t even care.

Months ago brought in vehicle to have brakes/rotors replaced on a vehicle. Was told 120+ years experience and they could not get back lugs off and they were seized to the hub. Fast forward today getting new tires (letting goodyear know possible issue and having lugs/studs replaced if necessary). Was informed that they had no issue at all. Not a full complaint against shop, just educating them on something possibly overlooked or misinformation given.
