I came In for a few simple device maintenance questions. Juan helped me right away by answering all of my questions, fixing the SIM card error on my son’s phone. He replaced all of the screen protectors beautifully and was very patient with my family’s multiple needs! I have been to this store multiple times always having a positive experience. Thank you again Juan for providing such exceptional service.

Tuesday February 6th 2024 at 11:05 am gratiot 13 mile location. I simply call to ask if they had the S24 in stock... the lady who answered was SO completely rude and not helpful. In just those few seconds she made up my mind to ABSOLUTELY NOT go to that location to upgrade my phone. I could only imagine how nasty she is in person. Already reported her to corporate. Literally lost a 1000$ sale in a matter of seconds by her rude and annoyed tone when I asked ONE question.

Our customer service rep, Amir, is one of the best I have ever dealt with. He spent so much time helping resolve a problem we were having and it came out perfect. I would highly recommend this store and if Amir is available, get with him. He is the best!!! Also watched the other reps with customers and they were all great.

All I can say is ALAN is the best! His customer service was outstanding! He connected everything, and even gave me honest feedback because I wanted to gift my son an Apple Watch. I really appreciated all of his help with myself and my dad phone, tablet, apple watch, airpods setup. They also have an amazing playlist if you have to wait. I give this location FIVE STARS :-)

We went to this store after being treated like a second class citizen at the Hall Road store and told that I would not be abls to take advantage of an offer T-Mobile had texted me. At his location I was greeted and a sale associate helped us...he understood what I was coming into the store about and did everything RIGHT. He was helpful, professional, friendly and best of all helped me to achieve what I had come in for. I highly recommend this store and Al G who helped us. There is no way I can say enough good about this location or Al. I am going to make sure that anyone looking for phone service or to change carriers go to this location.Thank you Al for being a professional sales rep.

I would have given four or five stars if the girl helping us would have spent as much time with us as she did with her friend on the phone. It was like she was taking her time hoping we would just leave. My friend was more patient than I was. To me, that's not professional and disrespectful. Take care of your personal calls on your time.

Went into the Roseville store to get help with service on my phone. The charging port was giving me intermittent connectivity. Erin was able to diagnose and solve the issue in little time. All the other workers were pleasant and treated me well. I’d go back there in a minute. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We switched from Metro, to T-Mobile got the Senior Plan for $27.55 per line, so it's cheaper than Metro for 2 lines. The Account holder has to be 60 or older, then age doesn't matter after that. We get better coverage than Metro does, So it was a Win-WIN !!
