This was my first and probably my last time visiting this location. I stopped in to browse the infant section. Although the section was filled with great buys, the customer service during my checkout was underwhelming. There was no greeting upon me approaching the register l, so I greeted her! and halfway through scanning my 6 items, she took a phone call in which someone was calling to complain in her for hanging up on them! Crazy thing is she proceeded to tell that person she was the head cashier! When she finished scanning my items, she didn’t give me my total or ask my method of payment. Thankfully the total displayed on the card reader and I followed the promos on my own. Worst part is, after she bagged my items up, she walked away without warning and left my bag in the counter. I had to reach over and grab my own receipt! From a distance, she murmured “I’m sorry”. Girl, keep it! As a supervisor, I expected much better service from her…I didn’t even get the bare minimum smh

I WENT HERE YESTERDAY 2/16 AROUND 3PM WITH MY MOM. I HEARD THE MOST DISGUSTING CONVERSATION BETWEEN THE TWO EMPLOYEE MEN! ONE WAS A BLACK AND THE OTHER WHITE. AROUND THE AGES OF HIGHSCHOOL TEENS OR YOUNG 20S. DISCUSSING GANGBANGING A GIRL LOUDLY, VERY LOUDLY. DISGUSTING. DECENT EMPLOYEES USUALLY BUT FOUND OUT THAT THEY WILL HIRE ANYONE! I'LL RATHER GO ANOTHER LOCATION!

For being just weeks away from Valentine Day, the jewelry counter was lacking and had too much clearance. I've seen this location looking better. The checkout cashier was very nice and the line moved quickly.

The stores are a bit messy but it is during the x-mas shopping season and that can probably be expected. However, the feel of the store (e.g., environment marketing) is not the best. With that said, the prices are low and the company meets their goal for the demographic served. I would go back.

Disappointing experience. A Halloween item was not marked clearance even though that holiday had passed. Cashier refused to see if there was a markdown for it. I used to work at HomeGoods and customer service was a lot better. We always checked for a markdown if the customer asked.

Irene needs further training on customer service 101 or professionalism in general. I went to return an item and was scolded like a child because the tag was missing and that it should never be taken off. I explained to her that it was on the item when I brought it in.. i ended up finding the tag steps away. But the treatment was terrible and humiliating. Irene if you ever see this, frame the tag as a reminder to be kinder and to listen to the customers before assuming the worst. Assume positive intent.

Very clean for a tj Maxx especially in the area it's located. The parking lot had me a little worried about leaving my personal items in my vehicle as there were quite a few suspicious random people lingering outside of the store. They did have a security guard inside the store thankfully which eased my anxiety just a little. It was my first time visiting this tj Maxx and sadly will be the last. I'm not fancy or anything (I get everything from Marshall's and tj maxx), but I was genuinely worried the entire time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I felt so humiliated after I purchased two syrups and the bag ripped as i was on headed to my car. My syrups rolled in the parking lot. When I went back in to explain my situation. The manager insisted to replace my syrups untill she finds them. The manager walked me outside and said we need to find the two syrups. She’d squat under cars saying “ we’ll find them, I need to find them”. I told her I had a child with me and that I felt so uncomfortable looking for my syrups under random cars all because the cashier did not bag them correctly. I was super polite about it but I felt so disrespected. Im never coming back to this location, absolutely disgusted by the customer service.

Very unprofessional I don't want to hear the Manger gossiping about other employees very poor selection for Misses the line wasn't long but I still had to stand there and wait so Dee Anna finally calls me she's so busy listening to the drama she never said hi or anything I had to do my card 3x because she failed to do hit enter total credit Dee Anna and the Manger should be fired and loss prevention is a joke! And the old lady in fitting is rude 😒 myself and another lady needed to go in yet she made the other lady wait ✋️ ridiculous at this store. I gave two stars 🌟 ✨️ because it was clean and somewhat organized. No wonder they're hiring with managers and staff like that.

First time at this location. Great selection and plenty of room to shop. Employees I interacted with were very kind.
The building itself is older and definitely in need of some improvements. Cracked tiles, etc. But the store was clean nonetheless.
Also appreciated that the cashier wasn’t pushy with the credit card. Asked and when I replied no, that was that. That alone makes me want to come shop again.

This location barely had things for boys. More girl things than anything. So I didn't make a purchase.
