My laptop was shipped through them and never made it to me. Shipped outta Roseville and this was two years ago. They miraculously lost it. Lost a whole package and they knew the contents inside. I don't trust any post office in Michigan. Thieves.

Don't come here unless you have 45 minutes to wait in line. 1 maybe 2 postal workers at best and the line is always to the door the entire day.

I asked a simple question abt my package delivery. The person up front gave me a question of question 4-5 times. Like if I knew the answers I wouldn’t be there. Poor customer service. Waiting for the supervisor, she’s walked by and look at me and went back and came back took another customer after me after I waited for abt 20 min. Is there anybody working?

The mail service is so worried about how fast the mail gets delivered , they don't seem to care who gets who's mail .
Our neighbor had my mail and 2 other DIFFERENT addresses mailed to her .
The lack of accountability on getting things delivered correctly is amazing .
I have a lack of confidence in our U.S.P.S. .
Why can't you get this massive wide problem handled ?
Why , does it cost more to properly deliver our mail 24 x 7 , is it costly to get things correct , is it costly to have a mail person do their job 🤔
Maybe the training is lacking , I don't know , please , it's gotten so bad , there needs to be a solution .
Why are you satisfied with all these rotten reviews 😒
WHY 🤔

So the post office was a bit busy maybe 15 people in and out while I was there. However first thing I hear when I walk in is the Clerk yelling a customer to take her stamps and leave and the entire line mumbling with shocked looks on their faces. I observed a bit and it's a elderly lady who clearly is up to no good but the clerk has no idea how to handle it instead she just lost her temper. Then after being snotty to a few other customers and messing up someone's package making this long line of people wait 15 min just for that particular customer.. it was my turn. I had a phone I wanted to ship to Kentucky. I come up to this same clerk and right off rip she decides to have a condescending attitude because I didn't know that branch doesn't have boxes behind the counter. I wanted to see if they had a phone box. She was irritated that she had to wait for me to one of the four options they had available. I went over and picked out a bubble wrapped bag and a small box I requested that we put the bag inside the box since there were no other bubble wrap options and it was a brand new iPhone 14 pro max fresh out of box. She decided to do what she wanted instead of listening to me took the box away from me and threw it back behind her saying the phone has a case it'll be fine. But it wasn't what I requested I asked for the box she ignored me and asked for the address I go to search for it she prints out the label for who the package it to and immediately goes to make me pay from there. I also has an extra case and screen protector I wanted to send with the phone which I had pulled out with the phone I wanted to ship and I wanted those outside the bubble wrapped bag but in the box. She declined to let me send those obviously. And then after I let all that go and just said screw it I really wanna get out of here I guess I hope they'll just be nice to that package she throws it into the bin and I hear it thud she says have a good day and now I'm steaming at this point. I want to make sure that people know about this experience this is my second complaint to this branch. Anyone is better than this clerk. My advice to this branch? Hire someone who's good at customer service. If that phone shows up in Kentucky broken. I know exactly who's fault it is.

Had a more than pleasant experience filling for my son’s passport. The young lady who helped us was more than considerate and polite. Gave us the information we needed plus some smiles! Thank you for making it a lot easier for my family 😁

Showed up for my scheduled passport appointment only to be told they decided to cancel all passport appointments for the day. I was not contacted and there were others there that were not contacted about cancellations either

The U.S. Postal Service is a perfect example of government inefficiency at its finest. It's mind-boggling how something as basic as sending and receiving mail can become a nightmare in the hands of bureaucrats. Let's start with that god-awful robot that answers the phone. It's like they've programmed it specifically to frustrate you to the point of insanity. You’re trying to speak clearly, enunciating every syllable, and what do you get? "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that." Well, of course you didn't, because you're a useless hunk of metal and wires that can't comprehend basic human speech! And don't even get me started on the maze of menus you have to navigate just to get to a real person—if you’re lucky enough to get that far.
The whole system is a prime example of how government-run services fail to meet even the most basic expectations. It's as if they’re intentionally trying to make things as difficult and inefficient as possible. They’ve got no incentive to improve because they’re not a private business that could go under if they don’t get their act together. Instead, they rely on taxpayer dollars to keep afloat, and what do we get in return? Lost packages, delayed deliveries, and a customer service experience that would make anyone pull their hair out.
At the end of the day, the government's meddling has turned the Postal Service into a bloated, inefficient mess. The lack of competition has bred complacency, and it shows in every interaction you have with them. It's time to overhaul the entire system, cut through the red tape, and make the Postal Service actually serve the people, rather than frustrate them at every turn.

Made an appointment with the postmaster to submit passport application on a Saturday @12:30. When I arrived the person at the counter told me the don’t do passports on Saturdays because there is only 1 person present in the building. Why do they allow you to make Saturday appointments on their website? Why couldn’t someone call me ahead of time to cancel the appointment? Why can you still (even today) make appointments online for Saturday? I have gone out of my way to support the USPS but no more. I hope the management will soon be eating out of garbage cans. They are useless sluggs.

First, soon as you come in you’re immediately hit with an odor which resembles a DUMPSTER. The so called employees lack basic customer service skills. They don’t acknowledge nor greet you and always has an attitude. There’s always the same few employees that seems to have an attitude problem. If you don’t like your job then QUIT.

Trying to call the post office to let them know my carrier keeps putting my package in someone else's box 2 out of 5 times, but of course you can't get anyone to talk to, I've lost so many packages due to this issue, sometimes people who receive will be honest but mostly not, I make sure everything is correct on label of package I might receive and it is carrier puts my package in 607 box instead of 706 box, this is a problem please fix.
I'll just stop by post office since they don't want to answer calls.
