So I decided to sign up for Verizon online .. Thought it was a great choice .. Sent my phone order to this Location.. Everything was fine I received the email confirming it’s ready to pick up .. I show my ID and card I used .. Two Verizon employees tell me my address has to match .My billing address I am beyond upset .Was told to call customer service to change my address and call bk to change it .

Horrible experience. Got a new device that was shipped to a location that I’ve never heard of 2400 miles away. When the salesperson pushed the order through she didn’t even ask us where to ship too and once she pushed the button there was nothing she could do except call her manager and he said he took care of everything so our device would come to our Saint Clair Shores address low and behold I cfot an email today advising us of a FedEx tracking number and where it was going to be shipped to which was again the wrong address my wife was on the line with a guy from Verizon for 1 1/2 hours fixing this bull shit. Bottom line is that the manager at the Roseville Mi location lied to us and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.

Worst Verizon store, they’ll flag you from getting service. Especially the rainbow African American guy. I figured doing business with my own race would be a smooth experience but i was wrong. I’ll never come back to this location again. Profiled me the moment i walked in the store
