My glasses broke yesterday. I went into the Macomb Mall location. Sabrina was so very helpful and professional . She went above and beyond to help me. What a blessing ?So very thankful!!

Omg yesterday I experienced the worst-case of customer service at this store. As a black person I do not recommend you to shop or visit this store. The sales reps will overcharge you and continue to lie about your insurance coverage.

My first pair I wore home and tried for 2 weeks , didn't like them at all , went back and now I'm waiting on my replacement pair that I loved when I tried them on at the store .? Customer service was great, she helped a lot , telling me what she thought fit my face and what she didn't .

I was able to get an appointment the very next day, on a Saturday, after another location changed my appointment time. When I arrived they were very polite and helpful. I received help with picking out my frames, the associate was friendly and gave me tips on which style was best for my face. This will be my first time wearing glasses so I really appreciate all the help and assistance I received. My eye exam was quick. The doctor was polite and reviewed the pics of my eye that his assistant had taken. My glasses will arrive within 2 weeks, which isn’t a problem for me.

Just getting a yearly eye exam went well as usual. The last time I purchased 2 pairs of eyeglasses there the brown pair wasn't measured right. I called corporate and I was able to go back for the adjustment and still wasn't right and from what I can tell it was the frame measured wrong and thats hard to fix without replacement, which I didn't receive. So will not get glasses from vision works again and probably change sites for my eye exam as well

I’ve been going here for the past 5 years or so and always had good experiences. I had an issue with my eye and wanted someone to look at it. I made the mistake of trying to get in on Labor Day (my fault) but they were supposed to be fully operational. I get there and they tell me their system is down so they can’t order anything. I just wanted someone to look at my eye and make sure not scratched or anything. So they told me to come in. Then I get there and they tell me I have to pay out of pocket because they can’t call my insurance to verify cuz of the holiday. So I have the physician look to make sure everything is ok and he is rude, unsympathetic and just plain awkward when dealing with people. He said they didn’t even have record of me being there before. Like I said I’ve been coming there yearly for contacts. Then on a separate occasion my husband made an appointment for an exam to order frames and contacts. He got there and waited 10 minutes past his appointment time to finally get acknowledged for the lady to tell him we don’t have a physician working today and won’t have someone for another 4 days. We went elsewhere and got in next day. We spent $500 out of pocket on frames and $90 in contacts at Fraser optical. Such a better experience. Never going back to Visionworks again….
