I just walked out of this place walking past the 'greeter' and heard not a word. Let's pay a greeter 15 dollars an hour and he can't even greet people. What a funny world we live in. This store is a mess.

My review is for the excellence and professionalism of the pharmacist Hassan who helped me navigate through issues with my prescriptions and transferring from another area. Personally interested in his patients welfare and the correct medication fir their ailments. Thank you again for caring, Hassan!

I received a cooler for my wedding from another store out of state and tried to return it here. The store manager has taken it upon himself to not allow any returns of seasonal items. For the love of God do not patronize this trash store. I can only imagine how big of a trash human the manager is to literally not allow returns of items for store credit.

Very ill-mannered employee. Kim Atronowski. Sarcastic & rude. I won't shop at this location because of her.

I hardly ever leave reviews as I understand some people have bad days. BUT... The man at the door followed us all the way to the parking lot during the incident.... asking if we were going to clean up WATER I accidentally spilled. We did our best to clean with the few napkins we had AND put a CAUTION WET FLOOR sign over it which he saw!!! The line to subway was long and I figured the caution sign for the small amount left over would do. Before he even followed us out my boyfriend said do you have any more napkins we'd be happy to finish. Not only was his attitude very poor but the store is always a disaster and the workers are never very pleasant.

As of 1-18 I noticed it looked cleaner there wasn't aisles plugged jammed full so nothing had access there were carts in the corral for once I wasn't particularly blown away but from their typical reputation/standard but it's nice when you're looking for something and the less barriers between what you want and what you have to do to get it the more money people will spend so I see a spike in the upward trend from this experience good service happy people it's a mindset and it shows through all our work, stay positive

Service is so bad they never answer the phones and when they do they pick up like they can't hear you even when you're not speaking. 0 stars

This store on Gratiot and 12 mile in Roseville is dirty and pallet all stacked up and down, at least 10 isles that I saw and people could not get down the isle to shop. I don't know how they stay open and sell enough to keep the store open, and the only isles that are not stacked with pallets is the grocery isles.

Never any carts, no stock put away, dirty. I hate this Walmart. Literally the Meijer and Walmart in Detroit is better

Walmart charged me for an order that I canceled but refuse to issue a refund. They steal money from senior citizens on fixed incomes. Me and all of my friends will never shop at Walmart again. I've spent thousands of dollars with them and they absolutely refuse to give me a refund of only $49.41.

The store is fine. The staff is hardworking. Products are usually available. Sitting in the parking lot waiting for my pickup order, I watch as another customer who's was waiting assists the young lady loading someone's car. Didn't we just or better yet aren't we trying to get through this pandemic? I prayed his order came before mine, but of course it did, he was there first I was ready to tell him to let only the person working for their work. I could assist. But glad I didn't have to Now to the tide customers who park in the spaces reserved for pickup who go in and shop surely because the spots are closer to the door... how rude. The customers are very rude and unconcerned for others. They don't yield to each other backing out of parking spaces it's dangers here. I'm back, as I have been entertained by the customers in the parking lot, I have waited more than an hour for my order and not one we'll be with you from the team bringing orders to everyone else's cars. I guess I'm Neal t but I do t know. I did remark (on the app) I must be dreaming Ok let's laugh at Me together.... I was at the Wrong Location Okay, okay. It is that funny. What's 14 minutes when you've waited over an hour? I pull up check in and I'm done. They're GREAT. whispering (if you go to the correct store) And yes, I didn't delete anything. Good Evening!!!

This is a Walmart so this is pretty much what I expected when it comes down to customer service lol but anyway I finished checking out at the self scanner and there was a group of three employees standing near the exit chatting away. I had purchased quite a few appliances for my new home that were in my cart so I needed to have someone look over my receipt, which I held in my hand. They continued their conversation while looking right at me for close three minutes while I held onto my receipt and said "excuse me" politely about 5-6 times. They chose to ignore me lol. One annoyed employee finally grabs the receipt from my hand, doesn't even look at it and shoved it back while glaring at me. Sorry I ruined your conversation because you had to do your job lol. This location isn't safe and there are homeless people that'll follow you to your car if you tell them that you don't have anything for them. Go to the Walmart at 14 and van dyke for better service. It's safer there too.

Purchased a 55 TLC 4K television with warranty on 3/31/2021 through Allstate protection plan. Television went out around September 2021. Walmart said factory warranty is on 30 days.Allstate won’t repair saying it was dropped which is a lie Don’t buy the extended warranty because the won’t send anyone out. They have you to take pictures and send in. The Supervisor name Ace say they have people inside view the pictures and decided it was dropped. Who would drop a light weight TV and it sits on a TV stand. Why don’t they send a repair person out and look at it? How can they determine that from the Philippine’s? They got $36 for a warranty that they don’t honor. Don’t purchase the warranty with Walmart buy some where else. I wished I had added it to my other appliances, but my son did this, I am blasting them on social media, better business bureaus, etc.

The only thing they connect is my eyes of the floor as I walk past them because they're not as annoying as the AT&T people at Walmart but just as annoying as the Comcast people at Walmart
