I signed up for xfinity and tried to self install my internet but it didn't connect. That same night I made an appointment for a technician to come out. The next day my appointment randomly canceled so I called and they set up another appointment but it took them a long time. Tech came out and just reconnected Internet box to the same cord I connected to. 4 days later, services were disconnected. I called and the represented couldn't be explain why, all he said was pay my first bill of $70, but it wasn't due yet. But from there I was done because I need the Internet to work. I canceled my services at that point, because what if they cut it off while I was working. And I was told I wouldn't have to pay anything as long as I returned the equipment. So I did that same day. 15 days later xfinity withdrew $100 out of my account. So I called. First representative was nice and listened, told me it kept getting interrupted because there is a bill on the house and said they had to get me to billing. Billing said because tech came out that's a valid charge and did not honor what I was told before. Which the 1st representative could've told me when my Internet box didn't connect and my tech appointment was canceled. The third human I spoke to was unprofessional and kept saying there's a bill on the house and kept telling me to pay someone else's bill and kept saying we were related because we have the same last name. Crazy part is I don't have the same last name of my mom or sisters. Plus I've had wow Internet from my last house to my present house for the last 5 years. And he just kept repeating himself for me to pay $200 dollars. And I kept asking him for a supervisor and he just kept telling me to pay someone else's debt and that it's a family member and to pay it because their last name is the same and to sign up for a phone. Almost as if what I was saying blah blah blah. Then he finally transferred me over to someone who actually said they were going to help me. If he did, I don't know because I haven't received an email yet. That was my first time dealing with xfinity. The day they cut my Internet off I switched to ATT and the customer service and integrity of that company is better than xfinity. I feel like xfinity is a bunch of rude, thieving, scam artist. Because they could've let me know when I called to reschedule the random canceled appointment with tech. And I could've gave them my deed showing when I moved into the house. I hate xfinity. Just terrible customer service and service. It was glitchy and I had the highest speed and it was trash. I do not recommend. I encourage people not to use xfinity

When I first walked into this Xfinity location I was greeted with a polite smile and hello from Taylor (very bright and beautiful) I had a lot of accounts on my address and needed help with making sure they were cancelled and I wasn’t paying the wrong bill. I was helped by a guy with pretty eyes and amazing black curly hair(i apologize that I don’t remember your name) I couldn’t get my Xfinity app to work he helped me get that together back up and running correctly and he reviled to me that I was getting spam emails from a fake email… thank you so very much. Taylor helped me discover that I was not wrong about everything that was going on with my account. This team of professionals helped me feel welcomed, helped me every step of the way, made me feel like coming back and referring others to get serviced by them. Thank you all so much for everything.

Just signed up for Xfinity. I want to know if I can come to the store to pickup a modem. Never have I been able to get a hold of a store nor anybody on their line. Worst automated system ever. Hung up on me because I couldn’t setup my modem with the app. Well couldn’t setup because I don’t have the modem yet. Just want a simple question answered. I may have just got in a bad relationship signing up for Xfinity. So far this is not a good start. 1 star for total inability to reach a human even after following 20 minutes of prompts.

Very easy to deal with. Fixed my Fiancé's iPhone issue with ease. Also showed great patience when handling said issue. Way better experience with this xfinity store compared to others I've used in area.

STAY AWAY!!!!! already having issues with the company I went inside to get a number transfer pin. Greeted my Muhammed who says he was the store manager he was very off putting sitting and laughing with another associate. When I told his what I came in for he said he would have who he names a"T" help me because he and another associate said that is was hard to do so they would have him do it. He then had me waiting as there were other assocaiates free who should have been able to help me. When I noticed more people coming in being assisted I asked him was "T' the only person who could help me and he insisted that he was. T then came over and asked for my ID as he was helping another associate and in the middle of helping me he said that he has to call in to complete the request and walked away. After sitting another 10 minutes I asked Muhammed again is there any one else that could help and he stated that they were all busy. I stated that I had been there before most of the people in the store and that I should have been a helped before the new comers. He then walked over to T and grabbed a tablet and came an set next to me because he recognized the frustration on my face. within 5 minutes he was able to retrieve my transfer pin. This was something he could have done when I first walked in and not have me sitting over half an hour. He then apologized and told me everything was T's fault and asked me to write a statement because T acted like he didn't know what he was doing and should have helped me. When in actuality Muhammed was the one blowing me off and trying to throw me on T while T already was working with a customer. It was when he saw my badge as an Investigator is when his whole persona changed. For a store manager this was a horrible display of leadership and for him to throw his associate under the bus to try and save face was distasteful. Do better Muhammed!!!!

Went in to add a second line I was approved told them I’ll be back the following day..ok went back the following day 30 minutes before closing, no one greeted me, not to mention my son came in after me and they said we close in 30 minutes and it would take to long to process my account.. HOW and I was just in there the day before.so boom one guy said “he’s ready to go home” and he wouldn’t take care of me. “WOW” but you work for a corporation if it took him pass the closing time 5 minutes then so what.. rude customer service

Went in looking for internet service, was not greeted by staff to the point I thought they were customers waiting on staff. After awkwardly waiting around, the new hire was told to help me out so he could get experience. That did not go well, the employee was visibly upset when i choose to go elsewhere, I was told one thing but in the end it was more money than originally told. I ended up deciding not to go with this service but saw there was a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize. It was reversed but still should have never been charged.

My husband and I came into the store for assistance on Saturday. We sat there for about a good 20-30 min and thought we were being assisted to be led astray without a solution. Due to a block on my home I was told to bring in evidence of my existence. I did just that and the store clerk whom helped me and or at least I thought he was. Have me a fake ticket number and claim to have submitted the ticket that my proof was in the system. I was told that I should hear from someone within 72 hours if not sooner. I decided to reach out Monday as something seemed a bit off to me especially the email I was told to send my information to. After speaking with a rep on Monday they could not locate the so called ticket number that he submitted. Then come Tuesday I ran everything by another phone rep and was told the same thing no one could locate this so called ticket number. Called again later that day and boom the rep says that the ticket number was coming up for a home in Pennsylvania! I live in MICHIGAN!! Again nothing so after going through a circus and still am no one seems to be able to resolve this matter. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Young lady offer to help me out as I have to send more documents and she informed me that once I went into the store they should’ve been able to move the block and began services for me since I brought the proof. WHATS GOING ON HERE!!!
