Absolutely no help whatsoever. Tried to return equipment and the immediate response was that they can do nothing and to call corporate.(see below response) Also not copying some weird link into my browser. Why don't the people at the store offer the "help" you have on online chats?

Horrible customer service, waited 20 minutes for help and was ignored when THE STORE WAS EMPTY, manager was in house shoes and seen us waiting AND DID NOTHING, manager and employees need customer service training or something

I went to store to transfer my phone service but they told me i have to get them account number i call customer service but I don't know what to say they was putting loud music and the guy with big bear he saw i have little dog and said pet not allowed here?! Is this true. Any way i will try different location this place rude and bad experience. Sorry.

We've come here a couple times for various reasons. The staff are friendly and easy to work with, the only problem is trying to get their attention sometimes.

Please do NOT! Go here to pay a mobile bill! I went in on September 10th to put 200 on my phone bill. The lady ask for my phone number took my 200 then I left. Two weeks later I get a notification my phone bill is past due! So I called the number and they said this store put it towards my internet bill which I don’t owe a bill!!!! So I went back into the store they gave me the run around for a hour before I had to go back to work! We ask for the store manager he never came out to address us just sent a message to let us know he was sending a email out. They told me to call a 1800 number to no avail. So today again I go into the store I ask for a manager, the sane guy says he is the manager now… ok… so I ask for a manager name over him he refused. Instead he said we can’t refund you, because u left ! Sir I left because your manager had me waiting for a hour never seen him never came out the back to address the issue! So he refused to give me a card he refuse to give me Woodward store number he was real nasty. Nothing but kids working in here. I am literally making a police report and then taking them to court for suffering and time!!!! U have the receipt as well. It was there mistake and I treat me like trash!!!!! Over my money

They were nice but the young service rep couldn't give me the full xfinity set up because they didn't have A ethernet cord I had to borrow one from a friend also she forgot to give me the 4k streaming box which is free with my service. Overall I'm happy with the wifi speed its just I didn't get everything I paid for And what was advertised lm a little disappointed
