“Today I got a flat and realized my tire changing tools were insufficient. I called up ET, easily setup payment, and they located me on the freeway despite my wrong directions. The driver and assistant quickly realized I'd need more than just help changing my tire, as I didn't have the special key needed for my rim. They quickly devised a plan and called in the flatbed to bring me to my tire shop. A few minutes later Jesse was on the scene. He was professional, safe, and knowledgeable.
