I go to a lot of West Coast and generally find good service and good people, but I would say the people in the Rothbury Westco stood out. They were very friendly talkative, eager to serve and take care of their customers five stars. I was there Wednesday night at about 730.

As I came around the corner, I called this place the oasis in rock something lol I don't know the name of the town right now. I asked Amy the manager after conversing with nice young gentleman heard me say how are you doing today? I didn't see him, but he worked there. His name is Brian, we joked around a little bit as I had my saying answering his question my dog died. None of my wives none of my girlfriends get along the whole world against me. Nothing ever goes right but I have a positive attitude in my beer is half full.
Help noticed his high school jacket I said are you enthusiastic after he told me he had worked for the Lunch program are you enthusiastic around the children? I told him I always raise my hands and say what's up to be enthusiastic. Yes I believe he is he's a special person he's enthusiastic around everybody Keep in mind these are valuable traits to have in society thought I would point this out. This guy's got a great personality and works here at the store. Forgive me if I got the managers name wrong. I think her name is Amy we all had a nice conversation. She told me what a valuable team member he is.
Not to mention the awesome pizza which I never got that gentleman's name the pizza king lol I'll call him Mike cauliflower crust pizza. He made it lickety-split and I was back in my truck and picking up pinto beans down the road. God bless America. Appreciate you guys Paul Harvey would say great things about you .

A Very kind Sir drives a Navy Blue Subaru at 5pm dropped off my order today Aug. 17th and I miss ordered thinking Gluten Free crust came in a 16 in. He was such a Gentleman very pleasing to speak with and respectful while handing this issue while i was upset and disappointed for my mishap with my messed up order and appreciatingly He took matter into his own problem solving skills and solved my issue with my order and my sad emotions. Please reward his kind behavior and gesture. For those ordering from the wesco GO the crust for GF is not the same size it is MUCH SMALLER! Single serve.thank you VERY MUCH 4 saving Me and Correcting my issue i am Grateful 4 Y0U.Recommend Rothbury Location 100%

My husband was in Rothbury so he ordered us some sandwiches. He got home & they gave him the wrong order, he called up there & the man on the phone said he was aware cause the people that got our order called too. We were told the only way to fix this problem was to bring the order back, that they will remake our order. We live in downtown montague & it’s snowing icy yucky roads! They wouldn’t just credit us! Poor customer service!

Husband and I had a very rough week. Idk if it’s the moon or what but it’s been insane! So we ordered from the only place that delivers to us. Wesco in Rothbury! It took almost an hour for food BUT ordering on Friday night to the only place with food delivery near us, it’s to be expected and I knew that when ordering. But the young man with dark hair and dark beard was extremely prompt, like Jimmie Johns fast ?. He delivered 10 minutes before the time expected AND was just the most polite fella with the best vibes ever considering the weather, roads, and customer volume. I haven’t even bitten my food yet but I checked it before making this post and it’s exactly as ordered and HOT. ALSO, the last few times we have ordered pizza it’s been phenomenal. The Buffalo one would be hit or miss on being desirable months ago but whoever is making it now has been rocking it and putting a smile on ours and our kids faces. A+ Rothbury team. ❤️

We live in downtown Montague the roads are horrible snowy & icy but we have to drive back up to Rothbury cause he refused to credit us, for their mistake!! Horrible customer service!!!
