I'm a kitchen manager at a restaurant a couple blocks away. I stop there everyday after work.
I bought chocolate milk and didn't realize it's a week past expiration. I got really sick.
Tonight I stopped in and bought some stuff and was going to get milk for my kid but it's expired!! I went and checked out. Asked the young African American lady the date because I wanted to make sure before mentioning it to her. She was extremely rude! Didn't tell me, instead asked why don't I have a phone or watch that's not her job.
I then proceeded to tell all the milk was expired. And I got sick the night before.
Her response was that's not my problem.
I told her she was very rude and needed a new job. She proceeded to chase me out of the store cussing. Threatening me lol. That's a very ghetto location!.

The woman working overnight acted like she was annoyed that I came in the store. She just stared at me when I was getting my things (okay fine, too many people steal these days) and never greeted me. I said hi and smiled as I walked to the counter and she just stared at me. I went to grab the items after checking out and when I looked up, She was already walking into another room.

Just left there with 2 slices of pizza. There are jalapeños on it but you can't see them under the meat and cheese. I don't like jalapeños. It would be wise to tell people they are on there before they purchase them. I threw them away. Total waste.

They are inflating the cost of Arizona iced teas by 159%, 200% if you buy a single can rather than their “sale” of 2/2.59. They literally have the price stamped on the cans ($1.00), so this is ridiculous to charge over $1.50/can. I will drive the extra 1/2 a mile to the value center on the corner to pay the usual $1 for these.

Walked in there to get some grill items lady was being super rude she is short and has a terrible attitude. I went in there once before and she yelled at me for how I packaged the items. Will never return and I was going to take the whole crew back grill items not gonna ever show up here the rest of the year and I have a 12 man crew working 2 min down the street

I would just like to say this store has amazing customer service, however I think they to be more efficient with their employees, I go to this store everyday and every time I go there's also only one person working and there's 10-15 people in the store especially in the evening. I think that is completely unfair to the employees having a constant flow of customers with no extra hand and not giving the employees an extra hand is horrible. I think management needs to work on how they schedule their employees and not only have 1 employee in the entire store for 6 hours during the busiest times of the day.

This is our neighborhood 7-Eleven, and my wife and I shop here by a few times a month for to kitchen essentials we run out of or forgot on our regular grocery errands, like milk, butter, beer, ice, etc. We're consistently impressed by the customer service!
