ZERO COMMUNICATION, nor any FOLLOW UP. They don’t answer their phones, nor follow up. I spoke with Carter from the Royal Oak office, in regards to positions since I’m desperately looking for work. He has yet to call back, or provide any insight. I have never experienced such poor service.
