Don’t listen to these other negative reviews. You get exactly what you pay for here which is more than you can say for other companies. Andrew and Ardi on the maintenance staff are AWESOME! I had an issue with my air conditioning and they showed up and replaced it in less than 30 minutes after I put the maintenance request in. They were nothing but helpful and respectful.

I love walking through this neighborhood and passing this complex. The outside scenery and this apartment building is NICE
