Although coming off very honest and kind, this location provided me a $400 dollar tune up and gave a faulty tire. Without one proper bike ride, I came home excited to ride my essentially brand new bike and my front tire was popped. I will be following up to understand why this issue occurred.

It’s unfortunate that I brought my bike into this shop. I thought this trek shop had employees that were experienced and knew how to work on bikes. That was not my experience. I brought my high end bike to get a tune up. They gave a me a quote that I thought was high, but it was on a bike that loved. After a few days they gave me another price because they said I needed more parts replaced. Then on the day I’m suppose to pick up my bike, I arrive and they want more money and they are not sure they can even fix the problem. I started at 550 dollars and now they want 800 with no guarantee this will be enough. Stay clear of this shop. I was given lip service of how Common Sense would have known I should have expected it to cost more I’ve never been treated so badly by any retail shop. Stay clear of this place. Don’t let the pretty bike shop distort how terrible they will treat you when you need service. Good luck. I’ll never walk into this place again after I get my bike back. Regards. Randy Menard

I have a non-Trek mountain bike and brought it in for service after several poor experiences at the shop that sold me the bike. The Trek team did a great job servicing my bike, I took it out on the trail today and it rides better than it did after any previous service at the other shop. I will definitely be bringing my bike back to Trek for future tune-ups. It's tough to find good bike mechanics these days, and Trek has 'em.

Ian and Kyle were extremely helpful in introducing me to my new bike which is a big step up from what I have had in the past but also not pushy with overselling the purchase (which actually makes me more likely to buy additional accessories, which I did). Will definitely return when in the area.

I have had great service and experience here. They ordered a new electra townie bike for me and even honored a sale price for it. The prices and in stock items are good and turn around order times seem reasonable in my experience. They have many bike choices here.

This Trek store is great. I came in with my son who was looking for a bike. They have a LOT of bikes to look at and try out. I was not in need of a bike, but decided to look around while I waited. I’d heard a lot about e-bikes but never tried one. Talked with the owner and he suggested a Townie Electra or Townie Go step thru bike. I came back a few days late and took the bikes out for a test ride, and ended up purchasing a new Townie Go. I absolutely love it. The electronic assist is perfect to help me getting up hills, or when legs get too tired.Definitely come into this store and take a look around. If you have any questions or concerns, the staff will be able to help you.

I've had my (non-Trek brand) mountain bike about 10 years and have not been happy with my last few tune ups at other local bike shops. Decided to try this shop this time because of the promising reviews. Those reviews are definitely accurate and well-deserved. I had a GREAT customer service experience from when I first stepped inside to when I came back to pick my bike up from maintenance. The knowledge was clear when Ian did the initial assessment of what needed to be addressed and the maintenance completed. I needed a new chain, front tube, and shifter cables. They did not pressure me into new components that I thought maybe needed to be replaced and made recommendations to replace the tires next year but had another year of riding still left in them. When I picked it up my bike looked like it was brand new again and rode better than it has in years!! They even replaced my cassette and brake pads free of charge as part of the service even though it wasn't in the original estimate. It is clear they were VERY thorough and took the customer experience seriously. I will be going back to this shop for the rest of my riding years (hopefully many still left)!! Thank you to everyone involved in resurrecting my bike!!!

I bought a Marlin 5 and had a great experience picking it out. When I arrived to pick it up, it was accidentally not ready. The sales rep and manager were both very apologetic and offered some sweet merchandise for my trouble! I only waited for literally 10 min.! I love my bike - perfect for my level of experience. Highly recommend this store!
