“I was on a mission for an upright freezer for our garage that wouldn’t break the bank. We had a small old chest freezer that was being replaced. After messaging with Rob to let him know what I was looking for, I drove over to the store. He had several options available for our needs/wants and already had them all in my account ready to go once I chose the one that was best for us. I was in and out within a half hour!! “Today I visited the Dyson Service Center in Troy with my hair dryer and curler .The staff who worked with me was Taylor. hE was incredibly helpful, to understand the problem and fixed it with in 15minutes. He also ran a health check to make sure all parts were working after fix.

“Our sales guy, Ari Barak, was very good. Explained everything about the Sub-Zero column fridge to us. Very informative. Made the whole purchase to install very easy for us. The installer, Tyler and his partner were very good. Made sure everything was done correctly. The delivery guys, Anthony and Kenny were very careful when removing the old fridge and bringing the new one into our house. They were very careful during the whole process to make sure no damage happened. I am sure this was difficult since the fridge was about 520 Lbs. Great professional work by everyone. I recommend Specialties Showrooms to anyone who wants honest and good service.”

“Great experiences all around. Had a couple of unfortunate hiccups happen but they offered great customer service and resolved the issues (including honoring their warranty). They were great to work with and I would absolutely recommend J&T.
I worked with Brennan who helped me find appliances after showing me a few different options at different price points. I got a gas range, gas dryer, and fridge for $1060 (which included a credit for trading in an electric dryer).
Unfortunately, a miscommunication resulted in a different stove getting dropped off than expected. Obviously that wasn't ideal, but J&T were were great about it. Brennan explained what happened and apologized right away. They let me know I could keep the 4-burner and they would replace it with a 5-burner once one was available--which they did.
Additionally, a small break and a crack in the plastic of the fridge unfortunately made a drawer unusable. I let them know about the issue and because it was within the 1-year warranty window, they arranged to replace the fridge when they came to switch the stoves (about 6 weeks later). So, even though we had to wait a bit for them to swap the fridge and stove, they made sure we did not go without appliances while we waited for the replacements.
The delivery guys were fantastic both times. They were quick, efficient, and very respectful. They kindly wore the masks I provided, which was very much appreciated. They clearly knew what they were doing--hooked up the gas lines and tested the appliances within minutes. Even with the heavy appliances, everything was moved in and out swiftly and they were careful to protect the flowers out front as well as the walls/floors/furniture/doorframes from any potential damage. For both deliveries, they were in and out in under 20 minutes. Easiest appliance deliveries (and trade ins) I have experienced, hands down.
Very happy with my experience overall. I am happy with the purchases and I don't expect any further issues with any of the appliances--but I am glad to know that they will honor their warranty in case anything does come up. They were a pleasure to work with, and I 100% recommend.”
