I only came in to upgrade to a new phone. The store rep tried to push internet service on me 3 separate times after I expressed I wasn't interested, and even after it was established that fiber service was not available at my location. I was falsely told I could cancel my data line for my Apple Watch, but then found out I had to do so through other means. After all that I was enrolled in Next Up Anytime without my consent. Service was quick at least, but the store was empty… Finally got my phone in the mail and it’s the wrong color!

Rude and treated worse than any Human shoukd be treated. I have been with Att since 1990's. I was refused service and told by young nasty staff to go somewhere else!
I wanted to be shown how yo use s feature on my phone. I live nesr this store snd had to dtove to an Apple store for a few minutes of assistance. As a senior I was very shocked your staff can treat llng te customers like Total Crap. Considering ATT! Spent time on phone trying to get a store manager and district manager to tell about this Terrible and abusive trestment- no one cared to call me back. SHAME on ATT for allowing this mistreatment on a senior who needed help due to not being as goid with knowing how to use all the features of my phone.
