Terrible service - went in to upgrade our plan and get new phones. The gentleman helping could care less. He told me to go online or call a number but we asked why he couldn’t take care of us in the store and he decided to grab a tablet and look up our current service. He scanned an id to then tell us the wrong monthly payment we currently pay and also had no idea of what the latest plan costs or phone deals were. He didn’t want to help us, scrolled through the tablet without clicking anything and told us he really couldn’t do anything. He looked annoyed we even came in, so we decided to leave.I’ve never felt so disrespected. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Sara was so very helpful. I can’t thank her enough. I was able to purchase a phone for my brother-in-law who lives up north and she made the process so easy. I mailed it to him that day. She’s an excellent employee. Thanks again Sara!

A few weeks ago I came in looking for new internet and cable for my new house. I was met at the door by a woman named Anna. She was very pleasant and knowledge. She remained patient and worked through all the different options available to me. I ended up with a new internet and Direct TV stream. People like Anna are the reasons why I enjoy going into stores and not deal with people over the phone.

I haven't been to a physical phone store in about a decade. It was always a hassle and I don't really like hassles. Because I am now a true adult, I decided to switch my phone line from my parents account to my fiances account. We walked into the store and were shocked by the amount of people that were there. It felt like a meetup of vintage train collectors, because there were other adults (most of them over the age of 55) there too. While waiting, we watched our name move further and further up the list, just hoping that we weren't going to deal with any bro's or people that pushed products down our throats. When our name was called, it was by this soft spoken but very well dressed woman name Anna. Anna couldn't have been more professional and understanding of our situation. She spent most of the time talking to us like normal people with the rest of the time talking to us like we were great friends. A true retail genius. If I ever have to go back, I won't talk to anyone but Anna and I absolutely mean that.

We changed our cell service provider to AT&T today and updated our phones and were very happy with the customer service we received. Sarah and Sherry were very patient and helpful with our needs. We would highly recommend them.

Arrived at the store no one approached us to ask if we had been waited on. Another customer came in after us got waited on immediately SMH. Once we finally got waited on service was decent. Still SMH.

Stopped in at AT&T store on Woodward in Royal Oak to upgrade my son’s phone. Absolutely a fantastic experience. We were quickly greeted by store personnel and then had the pleasure of working with Farrah. She was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the best customer service!! Back in April got a new phone through at&t by doing the smart phone promotion. My husband’s promo shows up in the bill but not mine. I’ve gone to previous stores and they said I had to wait until the forth cycle and if it still isn’t showing up come on in and we will help.I assumed this store would be hospitable as well. They weren’t. Hassan and his coworkers all said I had to call customer support. We all know how long customer support takes. So I asked if they could help me reach them because it can take forever from. A customer stand point. Mind you here’s the setting: it’s pouring rain outside, they have ONE other customer talking to someone in customer support on their phone, no one is busy and there is just me and the other customer. Additionally, their manager is no where in sight.Eventually the guy admits that he just doesn’t want to wast my time and his time by helping me call customer support and get this sorted out. How would taking the time to help me get this sorted out be wasting my time?Next time just take the time to help. Honestly with all the chaos in the world helping each other do these small things makes a world of a difference in someone’s day. Hopefully playing on your phone and not doing anything on the job was worth it.
