UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the FCC and ATT corporate was quick to settle my dispute. But before that happened, this store called me and tried to bribe me by saying him and his District Manager came up with an solution allowing me to get a refund AS LONG AS I DELETE MY BAD REVIEW. So now I have to file with the FCC again and report them to Google for violating their Terms of Service.

I did not write a review on this place and I see they gave themselves 5 stars. It was the most frustrating experience getting my new phone and took months for the monthly bill to be corrected even though I told the owner what I wanted. He went ahead and did what he wanted anyway. I'm now wondering if there are more fake reviews from other businesses since I don't believe in writing reviews.

My dad was in town for a visit & his phone was having a lot of issues. We headed to the nearby AT&T store for an upgrade since he had purchased his current phone there the last time he was in town. Moe was amazing! He is the definition of what customer service is all about! Thank you for all your help Moe! Truly appreciate it.

I went in to get information about defective equipment purchased 2 days ago. Instead of getting the proper help I needed the gentlemen got on their phones. I asked for a manager instead of intervening while standing next to me he continued what he was doing and I had to say something to him directly. Basically I got no help and had to go to a corporate store. Won’t be visiting this location any more. John was nice but was just no help.
