Fantastic people from start to finish. Purchased a vehicle from them a couple months ago. Just a great experience and glad that if my vehicle needs servicing I can go to them. Highly recommend.

Great service and they seem to have your best interest in mind. However my new brakes have been squeaking for the past 1.5 months. They’ve invited me back for a second look but unfortunately I am no longer in the area. I would recommend this shop

I was in need of a local shop that can service my finacky Porsche Panamera Turbo, without killing me on pricing. I came across Auto Haus from an online search and spoke with Adam, the Service Manager. Since my first interaction things have been great; knowledge, helpful, priced fair, family business caring feel, fast turn around and even a returned washed car. I will be bringing my tempermental BMW X6M here next.Services: Steering & suspension repair

To touch on Lori's response: It was explained that one of the front brake pad sensors was malfunctioning so they claimed they only disabled that one. In reality, that isn't possible to do, you can only disable all of them. They were meant to replace the back sensors, made a claim that one of the front sensors was faulty, and in disabling ALL of them, they're now useless. So we paid for something they supposedly worked on, only for them to render them useless afterward. The "logical reason" the shop did it was to get us out the door without having to actually fix anything.I would have let go of my first point if they were just honest about the work from the start.---ORIGINAL REVIEW 8/11/2023: Please do not give this place your money. They aren't trustworthy and will do anything to get you out the door. For context: we took our Audi Q7 in for a 115k-mile service (which includes parts and some inspection) and rear brake pads, rotors, and sensors. The annual service was the main part that we wanted to take care of because of the dieselgate warranty that it's under. Here were the problems we had:1. We live almost an hour away and requested an after-hours pick-up. Our vehicle was blocked in by another car when we arrived. The next day, we asked the service writer for clarification on what happened and he told my husband in no uncertain terms that the blocking car was "removed from the premises" by a tow truck. When he arrived to pick up the car the next day, the blocking car was parked in the main lot, contradicting his story. When he confronted them about this, they changed their story to say that the blocking car was simply moved to the main lot, not towed from the premises altogether.2. The brake pad sensor malfunctioned during the drive home. Instead of replacing it, they DISABLED the brake pad sensors completely. We paid for brand new sensors and now they are useless because they disabled the system. They told my husband that they only disabled the front sensors but there is no way to do this on the Q7. You can only disable brake pad monitoring completely on all of them. Our second concern with this issue is that we suspect at least one sensor may have been damaged during tire rotation.3. Part of the 115,000 mile service is a multipoint inspection. We scanned the car with VCDS, which revealed MULTIPLE faults, such as door handle ground faults. A comprehensive scan was not mentioned on the inspection checklist, so on the one hand, I can't fault them for not mentioning this - however, I also cannot verify that they actually inspected the items on the checklist.Given the trust issues with points 1 and 2, this calls the majority of the service into question.Additionally, we were greatly overcharged on the brakes and rotors. It cost us more than double to have them do it vs. doing it ourselves (which we usually do on our cars), and the only reason we had them do the brakes was because we had to do the service anyway. In hindsight, we regret that. We've been here before and thought we could trust them, but that trust has been broken. We attempted to address it with them and were repeatedly brushed off. We will be going elsewhere to seek a second opinion on the work that was performed.

This is the only place I'll take my 2010 Audi A5. They are honest, professional, courteous and always do a great job. If you own an Audi or VW you want someone who specializes in these cars. This is your spot.

I own a Mercedes GLC300 and I had an issue where it lacked acceleration, especially at higher speeds. I tried Autohaus for the first time (I normally take it to a Mercedes Dealer) and they were fantastic! It turned out that I needed (1) part of an overall turbocharger assembly. If I had taken it to a Mercedes Dealer my only option would have been to purchase the entire unit ($4k + labor) versus a small fraction of that. I was so impressed that they were able to find an affordable option in a timely manner. They have earned my business as long as I own this Mercedes. Thank you and well done!

EDIT ADDED 8/30: Love that Lori only addressed one small part of this review - that alone says a lot. Not a peep about all the lies or the disabled/damaged brake pad sensor or anything else. I would've let point #1 go if you all were just honest with us about everything. Unbelievable.------ORIGINAL REVIEW 8/15: Please do not give this place your money. Went here for an oil change and tune up for my Audi Q5 tdi and also had a question about a cosmetic repair.Quick turnaround time and gave me good advice regarding the cosmetic repair that saved me $$$.Better service than a dealership and honesty which both of these things combine for an easy 5 stars when dealing with a car mechanic. Found a new customer due to this quality level of service. Thanks!

I can’t recommend them enough! After a certain VW dealership in the area provided me with deplorable customer service & quoted me $4,000 for a fix (that I didn’t even end up needing), a friend recommended I get a second opinion at Autohaus. Adam took great care of my Jetta and explained everything that they were looking for and what they were doing to fix it. Walked out paying under $200 and with thorough paperwork outlining their diagnostic process. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic, so I’m glad they’re close to home!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Adam & other mechanics throughly went over my VW Tiguan & let me know what the immediate repair needs were as well as what might need attention down the line. This facility is trustworthy, efficient and completes work in a timely manner. I am so happy that my coworker referred me to them..Services: Transmission

Absolute professionals. They performed a laundry list of repairs on my Mercedes-Benz E350 in just a few days. They under promised and over delivered. This company is extremely well run and has been around for decades. John, Adam, Lori and Nathan thank you! Highly recommend over the dealer. Five stars.

I bought my car here, Jon was fast at getting back about the availability & information on the car. He was very flexible on when to come and test drive it and answered all my questions, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will be using Autohaus to service my car as well and for future auto sales. Thank you so much for everything!
