I scheduled apt online and they called me to cancel it. when i called back asking for availability for another day the person was rude talking down to people. hope he learn to have better customer service skills.

I am extremely disappointed in Bank of America for no apparent reason they close my account with no explanation and being disabled and handicapped they were perfect for me cuz they were right next door just about they gave me no explanation other than to tell me that they can close an account anytime they want without explanation apparently they care more for business than their customers also they did not notify me of it I had to find out try going to pay for something and my card would not work I had well over the minimum I had a large sum of money in their Bank they put me in a real bad position with some bills I had to pay
